SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR DYNAMIC CROWDSOURCED DELIVERY
System and methods described herein relate to crowdsourced delivery, including receiving a delivery request, selecting a plurality of participants, determining a delivery route including at least one transfer of the parcel between a first participant and a second participant of the plurality of participants, with at least the first participant operating a vehicle having a secure storage locker that includes at least one secure compartment to hold the parcel, generating access keys including at least a first access key that enables access to the secure storage locker and a second access key that enables access to a secure compartment in the storage locker, transmitting the access keys to the second participant, distributing delivery tasks, based on the delivery route, to the plurality of participants, wherein completion of the delivery tasks results in delivery of the parcel to the delivery destination, and monitoring completion of the delivery tasks by the plurality of participants.
VEHICLE CARGO CAMERAS FOR SENSING VEHICLE CHARACTERISTICS
Described herein are systems, methods, and computer readable media for capturing image data of one or more regions of a vehicle (e.g., a cargo area of an autonomous vehicle) at various particular times and assessing the image data to determine whether a past vehicle occupant has left behind one or more belongings of value in the vehicle. If it is determined that a former vehicle occupant has left behind an article of value, an audible message may be outputted from a speaker of the vehicle to inform the former occupant of the presence of the article in the vehicle or a notification may be sent to a mobile device of the former occupant. The audible message may be outputted, for example, while the former occupant is beyond a predetermined distance from the vehicle, but still within range of hearing the message.
ILLUMINATED GRAPHIC IN AN AUTOMOTIVE PLASTIC GLAZING
A plastic glazing of a window of a vehicle having a light feature includes a first vehicle window glazing component, a second vehicle window glazing component molded onto the first vehicle window glazing component, and a light unit configured to produce light for the light feature. The light unit being integrated with at least one of the following: the first vehicle window glazing component and the second vehicle window glazing component. The light unit further configured to direct the light for the light feature through or from at least one of the following: the first vehicle window glazing component and the second vehicle window glazing component. The plastic glazing is a one-piece molded plastic construction. At least one of the first vehicle window glazing component and the second vehicle window glazing component is translucent or transparent
