VEHICLE ILLUMINATION SYSTEMS AND METHODS
Various implementations of an illumination system include a light guide, a housing having a ceiling and defining a window, and a base coupled to the housing. The light guide is supported between the base and the ceiling. At least one light source is disposed adjacent a first end of the light guide. The light guide transmits the light from the light source through at least a portion of the outer surface of the light guide and the window. One or more tabs extending from the base each define at least one opening, and the at least one opening defined by each tab is alignable with an opening in a spoke portion of a frame. The openings receive a fastener to couple the base to the spoke portion. The housing may be integrally formed with a trim cover coupled to the frame.

Lighting Systems with Adjustable Interior Lighting
Lighting may be provided using light sources such as lighting systems with arrays of light-emitting diodes. A lighting system may be integrated into a seat, a door panel, a dashboard, or other interior portions of a system such as a vehicle. The interior portions of the vehicle may be illuminated using lighting systems to provide ambient light, to provide custom surface textures and other decorative patterns, to provide icons, text, and other information, and to provide custom gauges and other illuminated regions. Illuminated regions may overlap sensors such as capacitive touch sensors, force sensors, and other sensors. The light-emitting diodes in a lighting system may supply light that passes through openings in a cover layer. The layer may be formed from fabric, leather, or other materials. Lens structures may guide light through the openings.

OVERHEAD CONSOLE ACCESSORY SYSTEM WITH SHARED CONTROLS, CAMERAS, AND LIGHTING
A vehicular accessory system includes an overhead console configured to mount at an interior portion of a vehicle, and an interior rearview mirror assembly having a mirror head mounted via mounting structure at the overhead console. The overhead console includes a base portion configured to attach at the interior portion of the vehicle to mount the overhead console at the interior portion and an extending portion that, with the overhead console mounted at the interior portion of the vehicle, extends from the base portion along and spaced from a headliner of the vehicle. The overhead console includes a light source that, with the overhead console mounted at the interior portion of the vehicle, and when electrically operated to emit light, light emitted by the light source illuminates a surface at the interior portion of the vehicle above the overhead console.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MULTI-ZONED VEHICLE WAKE UP
Systems and methods are provided for controlling power modes of a vehicle and for providing passive entry to the vehicle. Responsive to a determination that a device is within a first distance from the vehicle, a wake-up action of the vehicle is initiated. The wake-up action includes a central controller transitioning one or more electronic control units (ECUs) or at least one program module from a first state to a second state. Responsive to a determination that the device is within a second distance from the vehicle, a welcome action of the vehicle is initiated. The welcome action includes the central controller causing the one or more ECUs or the at least one program module of the vehicle to execute an action associated with the vehicle.

Vehicle and method of controlling the same
A vehicle is provided to analyze a signal received by a communicator and identify a first electronic device that transmits the received signal and a second electronic device that will transmit the received signal. The vehicle identifies a lighting algorithm that corresponds to an analysis result of the received signal and sequentially turns on a plurality of lighting devices based on the identified lighting algorithm.
Vehicle and method of controlling the same
A vehicle includes: a seat; a sensor part provided on the seat and detecting whether a user is seated on the seat; a lighting part provided in the vehicle and including a plurality of light sources disposed at a preset interval; and a controller configured to determine a gaze direction of the user based on a result of the detection of the sensor part and to selectively control the plurality of light sources to distort the preset interval based on the determined gaze direction of the user.
