Off-road vehicle

A vehicle shown herein is a side by side utility vehicle having frame configured to effectively transfer various loads throughout the frame as whole. The vehicle may further or alternatively include a routing tray configured to retain various fluid lines of the vehicle, a transmission including a passive duct acoustical attenuation device, a door seal configured to allow the frame to contact the seal at an angle, a modular door actuating mechanism, and/or a modular skid plate.

Method for controlling the lighting of a passenger compartment of a motor vehicle with a number of lighting devices and motor vehicle

The present disclosure relates to a method for controlling the illumination of an occupant compartment of a motor vehicle with multiple illumination devices, wherein a region of the occupant compartment assigned to the respective illumination device can in each case be illuminated by means of the illumination devices, wherein at least one light-specific parameter assigned to at least one of the regions or at least one item of illumination information from which the light-specific parameter is derived is specified by the user, wherein a variable characteristic of the light generated by the illumination device in the region depends on the respectively assigned light-specific parameter. The fulfillment of a change condition is checked by means of a comparison of at least one light-specific parameter assigned to one of the regions with at least one light-specific parameter assigned to another of the regions, wherein at least one of the light-specific parameters and/or at least one illumination device-specific parameter on which an emission characteristic of the light generated by means of an illumination device assigned to this illumination device-specific parameter depends is changed if the change condition is fulfilled.

VEHICLE WITH INTERIORS PROVIDED WITH MODULAR LED LIGHTING DEVICES

The interiors of a vehicle are provided with at least two LED lighting devices configured to emit respective light beams, different from each other; the LED lighting devices have respective support bodies that are equal to each other and support an electronic board with a LED, and respective lenses that are configured to concentrate the light of the corresponding LED and are also equal to each other; the LED lighting devices have respective outer lenses that are positioned so as to receive the light of the corresponding lenses and are different from each other so as to define the characteristics of the respective light beams.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTERIOR LIGHTING AND DISPLAY SCREEN SYNCHRONIZATION IN A VEHICLE

Systems and methods for interior lighting and display screen synchronization in a vehicle are provided. A content area is determined on a display screen in the vehicle. The content area is divided into a plurality of geometric content area zones. Each of the plurality of geometric content area zones is mapped to lamps associated with a corresponding one of a plurality of interior light zones in the vehicle. A dominant color is determined in each of the plurality of geometric content area zones. An illumination command is issued to the lamps in each of the plurality of interior light zones to illuminate the interior light zone with the dominant color associated with the corresponding one of the plurality of geometric content zones.
