Notched airway device and use thereof in bag-mask ventilation and endotracheal tube placement
Novel airway devices and methods address complications of ventilating a patient with a mask; placing an endotracheal tube in an awake patient; and need for a bite block during flexible bronchoscopy and gastroscopy. The airway device features notches for engaging maxillary and mandibular teeth in a manner protracting the patient's mandible relative to the maxilla to open up the airway. This way, an open airway is easily maintained simply by holding the jaw closed against the device with the same hand used to operate a bag ventilator. A longitudinal channel in the device features a downwardly curved end wall for improved guidance of the endoscope into position. The channel is open sided at the top or bottom to allow rolling of the airway device off the endoscope into an offset position serving as a protective bite block and allowing feeding of the endotracheal tube along the endoscope.

Systems and methods for coronary occlusion treatment
The present disclosure includes catheter systems and methods for treatment of occlusions, including coronary artery chronic total occlusions. The catheter system comprises a catheter coupled to a control system with a distal end inserted into a patient and proximal to a location within a blood vessel with an occlusion. The catheter comprises a flexible outer sheath surrounding a housing with a plurality of lumens to perform various functions to penetrate occlusions.
METHOD FOR GENERATING A DENTAL IMAGE
A method for generating an image of a dental arch of a beneficiary, called “modified image.” The method includes, at an acquisition time, acquiring a photo depicting the dental arch, called “original image.” The method successively includes processing the original image such that it depicts discriminating information. The method successively includes submitting the original image at the input of a neural network, called “simulation neural network”, trained, based on the original image, to simulate, on the original image, the effect of a dental event, in order to obtain the modified image.
Respiration assistance device
A respiration assistance device includes a nasal respiration assisting section for supplying a gas to the nasal cavity of a living body. The nasal respiration assisting section includes: a first gas supplying portion which supplies a gas below one of the nostrils of the living body; a second gas supplying portion which supplies the gas below the other nostril of the living body; a first tube connecting portion to which a tube for supplying the gas to the first gas supplying portion is connectable; and a second tube connecting portion to which a tube for supplying the gas to the second gas supplying portion is connectable.

CHEEK RETRACTOR AND MOBILE DEVICE HOLDER
The present disclosure provides methods, computing device readable medium, devices, and systems that utilize a cheek retractor and/or a mobile device holder for case assessment and/or dental treatments. One cheek retractor includes a first and a second lip holder, both including imaging markers of a predetermined size to determine a scale of teeth of a user, where each imaging marker is located a predefined distance from the remaining imaging markers, and where the lip holder is to hold a cheek away from a mouth of a user to expose teeth of the user. A mobile device holder can include elements to receive a mobile device to capture images of the patient's teeth.
