Boarding assembly, railway vehicle comprising a boarding assembly, and method for producing a railway vehicle
A boarding assembly (1) for boarding a vehicle (2), wherein, in a mounted state, the assembly is arranged outside the vehicle body (4) on a vehicle body outer wall. The boarding assembly (1) comprises at least one first step (10), which is suspended in the boarding assembly (1) such that the first step can rotate about a first axis of rotation. The boarding assembly (1) also comprises a pivot device (20) having a second axis of rotation (22), running substantially parallel to the vehicle body outer wall in the mounted state. The pivot device (20) is arranged entirely on the outside of the vehicle body outer wall, in particular within the boarding assembly (1), in the mounted state.

Power box side step
An articulating step assembly for a vehicle which includes a mount for attachment to a vehicle, a step member and an articulating linkage connecting the mount and the step for stowing and deploying the step. A motor is attached to the linkage to provide raising and lowering of the step. A weather sealed non-contact switch located on the assembly for actuating the motor and linkage in response to movement of the step in a predetermined direction for deploying the step.

Multi-part tread strip
A tread strip for a vehicle is formed of at least two parts, an inner part and an outer part. The inner part is configured for attachment to the vehicle and/or to an outer part. The outer part is configured for attachment to the inner part and/or the vehicle. The outer part further includes an intermediate portion extending along a longitudinal axis between two attachment portions, the two attachment portions being configured for attachment to the inner part. The inner part has an intermediate portion extending along the longitudinal axis between two end portions. The end portions are configured for attachment of the inner part to the vehicle and/or for attachment to the outer part. The tread strip may be mounted to a vehicle by attaching the inner part and then attaching the outer part to the inner part and/or sealing the inner part with respect to the vehicle.
RAMP SYSTEM OF VEHICLE
A ramp system is configured to move a step disposed in a frame between a ramp closed position and a ramp open position along a moving direction. The ramp system may include a driving device including a pair of chain gears spaced from each other along the moving direction and rotatably disposed in the frame and a chain meshed with the pair of chain gears and being movable along the moving direction, and transmitting driving torque to the step to move the step along the moving direction, and a tensioner including a tension bar rotatably mounted in the frame and having one end connected to a tension spring to receive elastic force and the other end at which a tension gear engaged with the chain is rotatably mounted to apply tensile force to the chain.

Deployable steps for a tailgate
The deployable steps for a tailgate includes a mounting plate, a plurality of risers, a plurality of treads, and a plurality of hinges. The deployable steps for a tailgate may attach to a tailgate of a truck via the mounting plate. The plurality of risers and the plurality of treads may fold and unfold at the plurality of hinges. The plurality of risers and the plurality of treads may form steps when unfolded into a deployed position. When folded into a stowed position, the plurality of risers and the plurality of treads may be parallel to each other and may be parallel to the tailgate.

Access system for a work vehicle
An access ladder assembly for a work vehicle to enable an operator to move from a ground position to a walkway of the work vehicle. A support rail includes a rail first end connected to a crossbar and a rail second end spaced from the rail first end. A slider is movably connected to the support rail to move from the rail second end toward the rail first end. An actuator includes an actuator first end connected to the crossbar and an actuator second end spaced from the actuator first end, wherein the actuator includes an extended position and a retracted position. A step is operatively connected to the actuator second end and is operatively connected to the slider, wherein the step includes a lowered position when the actuator is at the extended position and a raised position when the actuator is at the retracted position.
