Components and systems of an aircraft seating assembly are disclosed. The aircraft seating assembly can include an adjustable headrest that allows the headrest to be translated and/or rotated relative to a seat, a storage sleeve, and/or a spreader. The aircraft seating assembly can include an energy absorption system. The energy absorption system can include bracket which can control pivoting of a seat back relative to the bracket when subject to forces exceeding a threshold force. The energy absorption system can include a movable wall coupled to the seat.

A seat cargo net specifically for use in a passenger seat of any vehicle with bucket seats to restrain movement of loose portable objects of various sizes, shapes, and heights placed on the passenger seat and prevent shifting or spilling of contents to the floor. The invention is fully adjustable and expandable; easy to use, requiring no assembly, no hardware, bolts, nuts or screws. It is neither tethered to nor integrated with the seat. A kit for securing cargo within an interior of a vehicle is provided. The vehicle has an occupant restraint system including a coupling member. The kit includes a harness having at least one connecting ring. The harness is configured to hold the cargo. The kit includes a first strap having a first connector at a first end releasably coupled to the coupling member and a second connector at a second end coupled to the at least one connecting ring. The kit includes an energy absorbing element defined on the strap between the first end and the second end. The energy absorbing element is deformable to absorb a force acting on the cargo.

A net having an elastic netting part having a plurality of rhombic mesh openings and formed by a plurality of strings running at an angle to one another, each formed by a plurality of filaments, and each consisting of a succession of string segments defining the rhombic mesh openings. A single-hand operable flexible pouch assembly includes a substrate, a flexible pouch body attached to the substrate along only part of a perimeter of the flexible pouch body, leaving at least a portion of the perimeter of the flexible pouch body unattached to the substrate, and a belt assembly connected to the perimeter of the flexible pouch body along said portion thereof that is unattached to the substrate. The belt assembly includes a first, inner belt including a first slot. The belt assembly further includes a second, outer belt including a second slot.
