DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHODS FOR ASSISTING A VEHICLE DRIVER WITH TRANSPORTING FOOD/DRINKS AND ASSOCIATED ITEMS
The system is for securely transporting food and associated items within a passenger compartment of a vehicle. The system includes a seat cover to be installed on a seat within the passenger compartment of the vehicle. A seat platform is carried by the seat bottom portion, and includes a non-slip upper surface segment positioned over a leveling support segment configured to sit atop a seat bottom of the seat. The leveling support segment includes a lower conformable compartment configured to conformably interface with the seat bottom and level the non-slip upper surface segment there above. The non-slip upper surface segment is configured to hold food containers and prevent sliding thereof. A plurality of holders are carried by the seat back portion of the seat cover and configured to hold the associated items. A drink holder may be coupled to a front of the seat platform and configured to securely hold a plurality of drinks.
VEHICLE INTERIOR PANEL ASSEMBLY HAVING A STOWAGE TRAY FOR A MOBILE DEVICE
A vehicle interior panel assembly includes an in-vehicle support substrate and a stowage tray for a mobile device. The stowage tray includes a reception surface for the mobile device, and one or more sliders configured to attach the stowage tray to the support substrate. The one or more sliders are further configured to tilt the reception surface with respect to a sowed position for the stowage tray in the support substrate. This structure for a stowage tray helps improve within vehicle integration and support more flexible useability.
CONSOLE ELEMENT FOR A VEHICLE
A console element for a vehicle, with a top assembly, a bottom assembly and an adjustment assembly, wherein the top assembly is adjustable along an adjustment axis with respect to the bottom assembly via the adjustment assembly, and the adjustment assembly has a first adjustment element, which is coupled at one end to the top assembly, and a second adjustment element, which is coupled at one end to the bottom assembly, wherein the first adjustment element is coupled pivotably to the second adjustment element at a common coupling point. The first adjustment element and the second adjustment element project in each case with a further, free end beyond the coupling point.
