A rotatable rack for a vehicle bed. The rack can be clamped onto a bed of a vehicle and an item, which can optionally include a case or a tool box, can be rotated into and out of the bed of the truck. The rack can be locked into one or more positions via a pin engaging one or more openings. The rack can hold the item inside of the bed of the vehicle suspended above the bed such that the item does not get slammed up and down as violently when traveling down a rough road as it would if it were merely placed on the bottom of the bed of the vehicle.

A multipurpose rail system is described. Embodiments of the multipurpose rail system can include, but is not limited to, one or more rails and one or more accessories configured to removably couple to the one or more rails. The one or more rails are configured to be secured to a variety of different objects and provide a means for attaching an accessory proximate the object. For instance, a rail may be coupled to a side of a recreational vehicle so that kitchen accessories may be removably secured to the side of the recreational vehicle.

A multipurpose rail system is described. Embodiments of the multipurpose rail system can include, but is not limited to, one or more rails and one or more accessories configured to removably couple to the one or more rails. The one or more rails are configured to be secured to a variety of different objects and provide a means for attaching an accessory proximate the object. For instance, a rail may be coupled to a side of a recreational vehicle so that kitchen accessories may be removably secured to the side of the recreational vehicle.

A storage system for a pick-up truck is provided. The storage system includes a primary panel attachable to a sidewall of the truck and extending over a wheel well of the truck. A secondary panel is joined to the primary panel. The primary panel and secondary panel form a container therebetween having an opening which extends over the wheel well of the truck. A lid pivotably connects to either the primary panel or the secondary panel and covers the opening. At least one of the primary panel, the secondary panel and the lid is formed of twin sheet plastic material.

A storage system for a pick-up truck is provided. The storage system includes a primary panel attachable to a sidewall of the truck and extending over a wheel well of the truck. A secondary panel is joined to the primary panel. The primary panel and secondary panel form a container therebetween having an opening which extends over the wheel well of the truck. A lid pivotably connects to either the primary panel or the secondary panel and covers the opening. At least one of the primary panel, the secondary panel and the lid is formed of twin sheet plastic material.

A vehicle frame structure has a front side member that extends forward from a dashwall. An engine cradle is attached to the front side member with a lateral side portion of the engine cradle being located beneath and spaced apart from a lower surface of the front side member. An engine is installed to the engine cradle with a portion of the engine extending upward from the engine cradle adjacent to the inboard surface of the front side member. An inboard push structure has an inboard surface, an upper portion and a lower portion. The upper portion is attached to an inboard surface of the front side member. The lower portion extends downward below a lower surface of the front side member. The inboard surface faces the engine proximate the lateral portion of the lateral side portion of the engine cradle.

The invention resides in a portable boom gate apparatus comprising a support member having an attachment portion; an elongate member pivotably connected to the support member; and an actuator adapted to pivot the elongate member. The present invention alleviates at least some of the issues associated the presently available boom gates.

In one series of embodiments, a carrier system includes a rack mountable on a vehicle to transport material. The rack includes a frame having one or more suction cups attached to the rear side of the frame, e.g., for attachment to a surface such as the side of the vehicle. A support bar mates with the frame. The support bar and the frame may include attachment configurations which mate with one another to selectively and securely attach the bar to the front side of the frame with the bar extending in a direction away from the one or more cups. With the rack comprising a plurality of suction cups, the frame may be configured as a plate or may comprise a series of arms or connected braces which extend away from a center position to the suction cups.

In one series of embodiments, a carrier system includes a rack mountable on a vehicle to transport material. A support bar mates with the frame. With the rack comprising a plurality of suction cups, the frame may be configured as a plate or may comprise a series of arms or connected braces which extend away from a center position to the suction cups.
