A clamping rack for securing an item to an object includes an elongated base member having two ends that each have a rear support surface projecting upwardly therefrom. At least one bottom support projects upwardly from the base member and has a bottom support surface oriented orthogonal to the rear support surfaces. Two pivot members each have an item engagement end with an upwardly projecting front support surface, and a tensioner engagement end, a tensioner fixed between each tensioner engagement ends to urge the tensioner engagement ends mutually closer. A handle member is fixed between the engagement ends and is pulled forward to pivot the front support surfaces away from the rear support surface to make room for the item to be placed therebetween. The item is clamped between the rear and front support surfaces when the handle member is released due to the resiliency of the tensioner.

The present invention discloses multipurpose roof panel structures formed by strong material. One roof panel includes a base panel and two movable barrier rods fixed on the base panel, said movable barrier rods are fixed on the two opposite sides of the base panel and can be inclined raised above or set flat adjacent to the base panel. The other roof panel includes a base panel, two movable barrier rods and plural fixing planks, wherein each movable barrier rod, being fixed on the two opposite sides of the base panel, is being inclined raised above the base panel and secured by at least a fixing plank, or being set flat resting adjacent to the base panel and secured. With the implementation of the present invention, the movable barrier rods are either raised to securely contain and protect objects or luggage, or set flat to have more space to contain and protect larger or longer objects such as ski board or surfboard, and thus make the roof panel structures multipurpose roof panel structures.

Integrated gravitational anti-spill container system

Systems and apparatus for preventing spilling of a container inside a vehicle. The system includes an arm connected to a device or surface within the vehicle. The system also includes an engagement device connected to the arm and configured to engage a carrying device holding the container, the arm having a length such that the carrying device is suspended and avoids contact with any object inside of the vehicle.

EQUIPMENT MOUNTING SYSTEM

A mounting system utilizing multidirectional pivoting, retracting, extending, and vertical lift to allow it to fit longer items diagonally into truck beds, cargo vehicles, mobile trailers, or other vehicles; and making moving or removing the equipment stored therein much easier. The mounting system is also designed to be installed inside the bed of a truck and still allow for a “bed cover” or tonneau cover to be used over the mounting system so that the mounting system and equipment mounted therein remain safely inside the vehicle. The mounting system and attached equipment can easily be removed while not in use and re-attached to secondary mounting location for safe storage.
