Thermally Insulated Structures and Method for Fabricating Same
Thermal insulated structures such as walls, ceilings and floors are produced for use in thermo-insulated cargo vans, box trucks, trailers, and other vehicles and compartments. A frame is built a frame in an area, and polyurethane foam insulation is sprayed onto the frame. The polyurethane foam insulation is cut, and then covered with polypropylene panels. The polypropylene panels are secured to the frame, and seams between the polypropylene panels are welded together. Plates are optionally secured to the edges of the panels.
Tailgate panel assembly for a vehicle
A tailgate panel assembly for a vehicle includes an outer panel and an inner panel. The outer panel and the inner panel are directly joined to each other at an outer side with respect to a widthwise direction of the vehicle. An extended panel is joined to the inner panel and to the outer panel at an inner side with respect to the widthwise direction of the vehicle, thereby forming a closed cross-section.
VEHICLE BODY STRUCTURE
A vehicle body structure that includes a storage structure, at least one fixed cover and at least on sliding cover. The storage structure defines at least one opening and at least one storage space, the at least one opening exposing the at least one storage space. The fixed cover is non-movably fitted to the storage structure covering a first portion of the opening. The sliding cover is installed to the storage structure for sliding movement along the opening such that in a closed orientation, the sliding cover covers a second portion of storage space such that the fixed cover and the sliding cover completely conceal the storage space, and, in an open orientation the sliding cover exposes the second portion of the storage space. The storage structure is dimensioned and contoured to removably install to a rear interior cargo area of a passenger vehicle.
METHOD AND FASTENING DEVICE FOR FASTENING A LINING ELEMENT

MULTI-FUNCTION CONVERTIBLE TRUCK CARGO BED LINER
A single-piece foldable cargo area liner includes a floor portion, a front wall portion foldably connected to the floor portion, and a first sidewall portion foldably connected to the floor portion. A first foldable intersection portion has a first section and a second section foldably connected to the first section. The first section is foldably connected to the first sidewall portion, and the second section is also foldably connected to the front wall portion. The first foldable intersection portion is structured to facilitate folding of the first and second sections with respect to each other so as to form a first flap extending between the front wall portion and the first sidewall portion. The first flap is structured to be rotatable to enable contact between the first flap and any of the front wall portion and the first sidewall portion.
