Truck Floor System
A truck floor system typically used in aftermarket applications such as restoring vintage truck beds is disclosed. The floor system uses non-wooden boards containing either custom graphics or printed images of wood grain patterns. Images may be printed on adhesive backed media and applied to the board or printed directly on the board itself. A protecting layer of clear abrasion resistant material or a sprayed on coating is applied to minimize damage and protect against weather.
PROCESS FOR MANUFACTURING A MOTOR VEHICLE PART
A process for manufacturing a motor vehicle part, wherein the part is produced by molding a filled thermoplastic material, the part thus molded is subsequently reinforced by positioning locally and at the surface of the part at least one reinforcing element including strips of unidirectional continuous fibers, the strips being deposited non-continuously on the part in at least one stress concentration zone.

Truck bed insert
A removable, easily disassembled, truck bed can be installed in place of rear seats in a Jeep Wrangler® or four-door Jeep Wrangler Unlimited® type vehicle. In one embodiment, this truck bed is constructed of sheet steel bolted together in various parts to allow for easy shipping and storage. In another embodiment, this truck bed is constructed of molded plastic or fiberglass to allow for water-resistance and light weight. This truck bed converts a Jeep Wrangler®-type vehicle to a small pick-up truck, which would be of use for hauling small loads of bulk or ‘loose fill’ material (sand, dirt, gravel, mulch). The truck bed is easily removable so that when load-hauling is not required it can be removed and the vehicle's rear seats reinstalled for carrying passengers.

Vehicle Cargo Area Liner System
A vehicle cargo area liner system for efficiently and removably lining a cargo area of a vehicle such as the bed of a pickup truck. The liner may be installed on the vehicle in addition to a hard shell liner as is common with pickup trucks. The liner includes a pair of inner connectors for removably securing the liner to the cargo area of the vehicle. The liner also includes a pair of outer connectors to which corresponding cover connectors on a cover may removably engage to removably secure a cover over the liner to enclose the cargo area. Securing connectors near the rear end of the liner may be utilized to secure the liner around a bed of a pickup truck. Straps may extend through openings in the liner to removably secure the front end of the liner to the cargo area.

Interlocking Wear-Resistant Panel System
A wear panel for mining and materials handling applications is provided. The wear panel includes a housing matrix (1) with a top surface (2), a bottom surface (3) opposite the top surface (2) and at least one cavity (4) with cavity walls (5). The cavity (4) extends through the top surface (2) and the bottom surface (3). The wear panel also includes at least one wear-resistant member (6) with a preformed shape. The at least one wear-resistant member (6) has a top surface (7) and a bottom surface (8) opposite the top surface (7). The wear-resistant members (6) are disposed in the cavity (4) and are locked into place by their preformed shape and the cavity walls (5).
