Method and Apparatus for a Magnetic Auto Upholstery Panel
A magnetic auto upholstery panel has an upholstery fabric layer. A foam layer has a first side and a second side. The first side of the foam layer is adhered to the upholstery fabric layer. A magnet (or several) is attached to the second side of the foam layer. The magnetic auto upholstery panel is then placed in the desired position within the vehicle and the magnets attached to exposed metal surfaces. This much faster than prior art methods and therefore saves the customer money, but it also is much easier to correct any mistakes made when installing auto upholstery.
Foam molding method, foam molded article, and method for manufacturing foam molded article
A foam molding method includes: sealing a core material and a skin material with a sealing part; and molding a foam layer on the inside of the sealing part. The sealing of the core material and the skin material with the sealing part includes sealing the core material and the skin material so that the sealing part includes a self sealing part for which an edge part of the skin material is housed in a recess provided in the core material, a clamp sealing part sealed by clamping the core material and the edge part of the skin material by foam molding molds, and a crimp sealing part arranged in a switchover part between the clamp sealing part and the self sealing part, and sealed by crimping the edge part of the skin material to the core material.
BACK DOOR FOR VEHICLE AND VEHICLE
Disclosed are a back door for a vehicle and a vehicle. The back door for a vehicle includes: a back door trim panel and a rear shielding plate which is provided with a first side edge, a second side edge, a third side edge and a fourth side edge that are sequentially connected; the first side and the third side edge are each connected to the back door trim panel in a non-rotatable manner; and the second side edge is used for being in lap joint with a front shielding plate. The rear shielding plate moves along with the back door when the back door is opened; and when the back door is closed, the rear shielding plate is in lap joint with the front shielding plate, to form a shielding plate of the luggage compartment.
DOOR ARMREST STRUCTRE OF VEHICLE
A door armrest structure of a vehicle includes: an armrest pivot including a first end portion rotatably coupled to the door internal panel, and a second end portion extending into the vehicle body through the door trim; an armrest including a first end portion connected to the second end portion of the armrest pivot and operating to be rotated according to rotation of the armrest pivot; a drive motor connected to the armrest pivot and operating to rotate the armrest pivot according to an opening signal or a closing signal of the door; and a supporting pin that supports the second end portion of the armrest to be fixed when the armrest rotates and forms an angle which is parallel to a bottom surface of the vehicle body.
Seamless Integration of Illumination into Interior Trim Panels with Decorative Surface Materials
