ROOF RAIL WITH DIVIDER WALL CONFIGURED TO RESIST CLAMPING FORCE
This disclosure relates to a roof rail for a motor vehicle. In particular, the roof rail includes a divider wall configured to resist a clamping force, such as that which is expected to be applied to the roof rail from a cross bar of a roof rack. An example assembly includes a roof rail with a closed cross-sectional area and an open cross-sectional area separated by a divider wall.

Roof ditch sealing assemblies for vehicles including pre-gelled roof ditch sealer strips and methods of sealing roof ditches
A method of filling a roof ditch of a vehicle roof assembly is provided. The method includes delivering a sealer material to a mold channel of a mold. The sealer material is heated within the mold channel at a pre-gel heating temperature forming a pre-gelled roof ditch sealer strip. The pre-gelled roof ditch sealer strip is removed from the mold. The pre-gelled roof ditch sealer strip is installed into the roof ditch of the vehicle roof assembly.

DOOR LINING UPPER BASE AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURE
This disclosure provides a door lining upper base and a method of manufacturing the door lining upper base through injection molding of several sub-components. The door lining upper base is manufactured by separately injection molding a base substrate that forms the structural shape of the door lining upper base including aesthetic curvature, and first and second support structures that include attachment mechanism for connecting the door lining upper base to other aspects of the motor vehicle. In this way, each sub-component may be injection molded in a cost effective manner using a two-piece mold without the need for complex multi-part molds including side-sliders or lifters. The resulting door lining upper base therefore includes an aesthetic curvature, while still being manufactured in an efficient and cost effective manner.

Inflatable Gate Seal Assembly
An inflatable gate seal assembly includes a dump box that is mountable on a dump truck for carrying and dumping a load. A gate is hingedly coupled to the dump box for opening and closing the dump box. A conduit is integrated into the dump box and the conduit is fluidly coupled to an air compressor of the dump truck to receive compressed air from the air compressor. A control is positioned in a cab of the dump truck and the control is in electrical communication with the air compressor. A balloon is coupled to the dump box and the balloon is in fluid communication with the conduit. The balloon is inflated when the control is put in an on condition. Thus, the balloon engages the gate when the balloon is inflated and the gate is in the closed position to inhibit debris from passing between the dump box and the gate.
Removable roof ditch molding cover for accessory mounting studs
A disclosed vehicle roof molding assembly includes a base portion including an attachment portion on a first end and a securement portion on a second end. A cover portion is attached at one end to the attachment portion and at a second end to the securement portion of the base portion.
