Vehicle Digital Display Device
The present invention relates to a digital display device for mounting to a vehicle's front bumper. The device is used for customizing an exterior of the vehicle by displaying images, videos and messages as per the preference of the vehicle owner or driver. The display device is configured to connect to a computer implemented software application using a wireless channel for receiving one or more images, videos, or messages (collectively media) for display. The application enables users to subscribe to purchase media by making a payment and transmitting purchased media to the display device for displaying on the vehicle's exterior. The display device can also be configured to display a license plate number of the vehicle.
License plate covers and related methods
Disclosed is a durable weather resistant license plate frame that is made of silicone.
REAR MODULE
A rear module for a vehicle includes a crossmember that extends along a transverse direction and is connected to the vehicle body and a bumper connected to the crossmember. The bumper includes an aperture. The rear module further includes a reversing camera that protrudes through the bumper, and a first impact element and a second impact element arranged on the bumper to a respective first side and a respective second side of the reversing camera and at a lateral spacing, in the transverse direction, from the reversing camera. The first impact element and the second impact element protrude, in the longitudinal direction, beyond the reversing camera and/or the bumper.
Electronic license plate and method for manufacturing the same
The disclosure discloses an electronic license plate and a method for manufacturing the same. The electronic license plate comprises a substrate, and a surface acoustic wave device and an electronic ink display component on the substrate; wherein the surface acoustic wave device is configured to receive information from, and transmit information to, an external device; the electronic ink display component is connected with the surface acoustic wave device, and configured to display information stored in the electronic ink display component and information received by the surface acoustic wave device.

LICENCE PLATE FOR A VEHICLE
Licence plates with a data medium and a slot antenna have low transmission and reception performance for electromagnetic waves as a rule. Moreover, the positioning of the slot antenna is severely limited by an inscription on the licence plate. The invention provides a licence plate with a data medium and an antenna with improved transmission power and at the same time sufficient space for the positioning of the antenna. This is achieved by a licence plate body of the licence plate having at least one cavity, and a front of the licence plate body or a coating of the front of the licence plate body covering the cavity comprises a slot structure forming the antenna.

DEVICE AND METHOD FOR VALIDATING A PUBLIC SAFETY AGENCY COMMAND ISSUED TO A VEHICLE
A process for validating a public safety agency command issued to a vehicle. In operation, a public safety agency controller receives a public safety agency command validation inquiry from a vehicle communication device. The inquiry indicates that the vehicle communication device has detected a public safety agency command issued to the vehicle and includes a first vehicle identifier and a first vehicle location. The controller receives a public safety agency command information including a second vehicle identifier and a second vehicle location from a public safety agency communication device. The validity of the public safety agency command is determined based on comparing the first vehicle identifier with the second vehicle identifier and comparing the first vehicle location with the second vehicle location. The controller then transmits a notification to the vehicle communication device identifying the validity of the public safety agency command.
Self-adaptive multiresolution digital-plate for multimodal enhanced safety of vehicles
Techniques are disclosed to realize a self-adaptive multiresolution digital plate (SAMDP) system that facilitates sharing of vehicle state information via a dynamically generated binary two-dimensional multispectral pattern. The binary 2D multispectral pattern adjusts its resolution to adapt to the visual perception process while communicating vehicle state information without relying on wireless communications (i.e. V2V, V2X, etc.). The techniques as described herein leverage the use of a multichannel spectral means that helps lower the error present in sensing and representation models used by automated driving systems.
