A vehicle child safety seat includes: a seat main body on which an occupant sits; a seat belt for restraining the occupant to the seat main body, the seat belt including a shoulder harness having a long belt shape and facing a shoulder of the occupant; a shoulder pad placed between the shoulder of the occupant and the shoulder harness; and a harness cover formed in a pouch shape, having paired insertion holes through which the shoulder harness is passed so that the harness cover is attached to the shoulder harness, accommodating the shoulder pad therein, and having an opening so that the shoulder pad is put in and out via the opening in a state where the harness cover is attached to the shoulder harness.

An occupant restraint system 1 includes a seatbelt device 3 having a webbing 5 that is designed to extend obliquely across an occupant, seated on a seat, so as to pass through a shoulder part located on one side in a lateral direction and a part in front of a waist part located on the other side, and thereby to restrain an upper body of the occupant. The occupant restraint system 1 also includes an airbag device 4 having a bag body 10 that is installed on the webbing 5 in a folded state and designed to expand and deploy upon input of an impact load and thereby to restrain a periphery of a neck part of the occupant.

SEATBELT ATTACHMENT FOR SURGICAL PATIENT

A seatbelt attachment for attachment to a webbing of a seatbelt assembly of a vehicle includes a chest section and a shoulder section. The chest section has a chest-section axis on which the chest section is elongated, and the shoulder section has a shoulder-section axis on which the shoulder section is elongated. A joint connects the chest section and the shoulder section. The joint is flexible relative to the chest section and the shoulder section. The joint has a rotational axis that is transvers to the chest-section axis and the shoulder-section axis. The shoulder section includes a back elongated along the axis. The shoulder section includes two legs elongated along the chest-section axis and aligned along the chest-section axis with the back. The legs each have a distal end and the legs extend from the back to the distal ends, respectively.
