There is provided a system and method of cleaning surfaces of an enclosable environment of a contamination comprising a microbial and viral load. The method includes the steps of sealing the enclosable environment and placing water, and a solid or gel pack, into a container and generating a vortex the container by rotating an impeller. The agitation causes the solid or gel pack to release a gaseous cleaning agent. An air-borne spray exiting from the container spreads throughout the enclosable environment to contact the surfaces to be cleaned within the enclosable environment. The enclosable environment is maintained closed for an effective time period while the air-borne spray dwells on the surfaces to eliminate or substantially reduce the load of the contamination.

Systems and methods for automated cleaning and inspection of electric vehicles. The systems and methods for automated cleaning eliminate the need for human interaction with the vehicle and/or cleaning system. Vehicle cleaning is typically a heavily manual task that consumes operation personnel time and resources. Providing automated systems and methods for vehicle cleaning can reduce human resources used for cleaning. Additionally, automated cleaning systems and methods can increase vehicle utilization efficiency by decreasing downtime for cleaning. In various implementations, systems and methods are provided for automated vehicle inspections. In some examples, automated vehicle inspections can occur concurrently with automated vehicle cleaning.

A portable device for removal of debris thats inside eighteen wheeler trailers is manufactured using various processes and materials. In one embodiment, the debris removal device includes an air hose attached to a reel encased in a weatherproof wear resistant enclosure. Because the hose connects to an air supply and spray nozzle, the enclosure has openings for access to air hose. Additionally, a fitting on each end of the air hose allows air supply and air delivery attachment advantageously eliminates sweeping which could fatigue drivers further. Accordingly, the device has lower environment impact than commonly used gas or electric leaf blowers. Permanent mounting solutions that may be desirable for trailers owners are also described herein.

ONBOARD WASH SYSTEM
20180222451 · 2018-08-09 ·

An onboard washing system provides the ability to wash specific areas at the rear of a concrete truck, without requiring an operator to climb a ladder or climb on the truck. Certain specified areas which are traditionally difficult to wash, including the inside of the charge hopper, the interior portions of the discharge chute, and rear portions of the mixing drum structure, can now be washed in an automated and efficient manner. The truck-mounted washing system has components which are specifically positioned to cause washing fluid (water) to be sprayed or directed toward predetermined areas in an efficient and effective manner. The system also includes hand-held washing wands or washing mechanisms, which allow an operator to easily reach additional zones or additional areas at the rear of the truck, which are lower. Most significantly, the truck-mounted wash systems and the hand-held nozzle systems (wand) are all operable while an operator remains on the ground.

There is provided a system and method of cleaning surfaces of an interior cabin space of a contamination comprising a microbial and viral load. The method includes the steps of sealing the interior cabin space and placing water, and a solid or gel pack, into a container and generating a vortex the container by rotating an impeller. The agitation causes the solid or gel pack to release a gaseous cleaning agent. An air-borne spray exiting from the container spreads throughout the interior cabin space to coat the surfaces to be cleaned within the interior cabin space. The cabin is maintained closed for an effective time period while the coating from the air-borne spray dwells on the surfaces to eliminate or substantially reduce the load of the contamination.
