Device and method for maintaining the capability for precise navigation of an automated guided vehicle
The invention relates to a device and method for maintaining the capability for precise navigation of an automated guided vehicle (TFS), comprising the following method features: a) an automated guided vehicle (1) is automatically sent into a testing station (26) for checking and cleaning of its laser scanner; b) the vehicle (1) is moved within the testing station (26) by means of its drive and the position of the vehicle is checked; c) if the positioning is correct, the laser scanner (2) of the vehicle (1) is cleaned; d) the result of the cleaning process is checked; e) and the vehicle (1) drives out of the testing station (26).
Mirror cleaning device
A mirror cleaning device configured to effectively and properly clean side-view mirrors or rear-view mirrors having a curved profile on a vehicle. The mirror cleaning device comprises a head connected to an ergonomic handle. The head comprises a connecting bar and a cleaning blade retaining rail. The head is removably attachable to the ergonomic handle via a mechanical fastener. The mirror cleaning device further comprises a squeegee blade. The squeegee blade fits in a groove in the cleaning blade retaining rail. The squeegee blade is configured to move and adapt to the curvature of almost any mirror or glass surface to effectively remove any dirt, dust, water, or other contaminates from the surface of the mirror.
Metered Dispensing System
An improved flow rate metering device that provides for the mixing and dispensing of two or more fluids to form final mixture, for example, for automatic washing of cars and trucks. More specifically, the invention is a system that mixes and ejects chemicals, creating a very precise mixture of one or more chemicals with a dilutant, such as water. The device also has the capability of monitoring an entire chemical dilution and release system, comprising multiple chemicals, and using software to document past and current usage rates, along with predicting future usage rates based upon both past usage rates and environmental conditions.

Snow and ice removal tool
A snow and ice removal tool including a brush assembly, a handle assembly, and a vehicle assembly. These assemblies in conjunction with one another provide a simple solution to snow and ice buildup on vehicles. The snow and ice removal tool is a multi-tool comprising an elongated handle including a rubber mallet on one end. On the opposite end of the elongated handle is a scraper blade as well as a brush integrally formed adjacent to the scraper blade. The scraper blade and brush can be used to remove snow and ice from the surface of the vehicle. The rubber mallet can be used to knock snow build up from the under carriage of vehicles.
Grow Table Cleaning System
A cleaning system includes a planar material beneath a soiled grow table. The planar material is non-porous except for a drain. Above the planar material is a plate layer including at least two layers of runners arranged in a grid where each successive layer is offset at an angle with respect to the grid of a previous layer. The plate layer rests upon the non-porous material. An upper layer covers the plate layer and has a plurality of holes. A roller table is provided for slideably supporting the grow table. Nozzles are positioned over the grow table and is/are interfaced to a pump for receiving and spraying liquid from the pump downwardly towards the grow table. The liquid and impurities (e.g., soil, leaves) fall to the upper layer and through the plurality of holes for cleaning and filtering the liquid before the liquid is returned to the pump.
IMPROVED VEHICLE CLEANING TOOL
Vehicle cleaning tools including: a cleaning head comprises a housing, the housing comprising an application face and a recess at the application face; a waiting cavity for cleaning liquid; a supply tube configured for supplying the waiting cavity with cleaning liquid; and, a nozzle comprising a passage for cleaning liquid flow from the waiting cavity to the recess.
Flexible magnetic cleaning device for automobile windows
The present invention is a flexible magnetic cleaning apparatus. Once installed, the flexible magnetic cleaning apparatus conforms to the curvature of a windshield, providing sufficient cleaning contact along the windshield. The flexible magnetic cleaning apparatus contains a cleaning paddle and a handle. The cleaning paddle contains a pad connection joint, at least one pad, at least one magnet, and a cleaning layer. The at least one pad is connected to and distributed about the pad connection joint. The handle is positioned adjacent to the pad connection joint opposite to the at least one pad. Each of the at least one magnet is positioned within one of the at least one pad. The cleaning layer is attached adjacent to the at least one pad opposite to the pad connection joint. This optimizes the cleaning process compared to cleaning implements that do not conform to the cleaning surface.
CARWASH SERVICE ENROLLMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD
A system and method for enrolling new carwash customer account profiles can or automatic access to carwash equipment. Baseline information is collected along with vehicle images for quick enrollment. The new customer can enter the carwash right away. As long as the account remains unclaimed the system periodically sends reminder messages. The unclaimed account can still wash, and the registration can be completed on the customer personal device while the vehicle is being washed or another convenient time. This provides a quick and easy way to register a new customer for a carwash subscription service or pay per wash product with automatic capture of much of the customer information—reducing the number of steps for the customer and team member operating the point-of-sale device. There is no need for manual entry of credit card information or vehicle information, enhancing enrollment efficiency for the customer.
