CONTROL SYSTEM, VEHICLE AND METHOD
A control system for a motor vehicle includes a central tire inflation system (CTIS) electronic controller, the CTIS controller being configured to control the CTIS to cause inflation and deflation of one or more tires, the CTIS controller being configured to cause the CTIS to operate in a selected one of a plurality of operating modes in each of which the system is configured to set a pressure of one or more tires of the vehicle to a predetermined tire pressure value, the CTIS controller being configured to receive data indicative of a type of tire fitted to the vehicle, the controller being configured to prevent operation in a predetermined at least one of the plurality of operating modes in dependence on the data indicative of tire type.
Flat Tire Repair Liquid Container
A puncture repair liquid holding container formed from a container main body provided with a holding portion and opening portion, and a cap attached to the opening portion, includes: a first flow channel for the cap to introduce compressed air from outside the container, where the first flow channel is configured from a straight portion and branched portion, a closing plug having a shape that blocks the straight portion is slidably inserted in the straight portion, and switching is possible between a closed condition where the closing plug is positioned above the branched portion or closer to an opening end side of the straight portion than the branched portion such that the first flow channel is closed, and an opened portion where the closing plug is positioned more to a closing end side of the straight portion than the branched portion such that the first flow channel is opened.
TIRE INFLATOR HEADS AND BICYCLE PUMP INCORPORATING SAME
An inflator head and a bicycle pump incorporating the inflator head are provided. The inflator head is operable with the pump for manually inflating a tire and is removable from the pump for inflating the tire using a compressed gas cartridge. The inflator head includes a body having a first aperture for engaging the compressed gas cartridge at a first end and a second aperture for engaging a tire valve at a second end opposed to the first end. A piercing member is disposed at the first aperture and housed in a piercing member channel fluidly connected to the first aperture. One or more gas flow channels are defined by the body and fluidly connect the first aperture to a gas flow passageway. The gas flow passageway fluidly connects the one or more gas flow channels and the second aperture.

RIM STRIP FOR BICYCLE RIM
A bicycle rim has rim a pair of rim flanges that defines a tire channel. A rim strip extends across the tire channel. The rim strip includes a pair of flange bumpers configured to cover the rim flanges. The flange bumpers each define a flange channel in which one of the rim flanges is received. A pair of safety humps define corresponding tire seating sections where a tire is seated when inflated. The rim strip further includes a drop seal that seals with the beads of the tire to facilitate seating of the tire during inflation.
Pump with tire fill assist
A pump system includes a pneumatic pump, a hose, a nozzle that can attach to a tire of a vehicle, and a processing device. The processing device receives a target tire pressure for the tire, receives a current tire pressure of the tire, and controls the operation of the pneumatic pump according to the target tire pressure and the current tire pressure. A method includes receiving a target tire pressure for a tire of a vehicle, receiving a current tire pressure of the tire, and controlling operation of a pneumatic pump according to the target tire pressure and the current tire pressure.
APPARATUS FOR SEALING AND INFLATING MOTOR VEHICLE TIRES
A device for sealing and inflating motor vehicle tires, wherein the device has, in a housing, a compressor which is driven by a motor, preferably an electric motor, and which serves for generating the sealing or pump pressure, and the device has a connector for a sealant container, a valve and distributor unit for sealant and pressurized gas, and furthermore connecting means such as hoses and lines, and also switching, control and display devices for the operation of the device, wherein the device furthermore comprises a manually actuatable pressure discharge valve for decreasing the tire pressure, wherein the pressure discharge valve is configured such that, when the sealant container is connected and/or during the delivery of sealant from the sealant container into the tire, an actuation, or a dissipation of the pressure, is prevented.
