Pneumatic chuck including valve core interface
An air chuck includes a body and a valve core interface. The body includes output, interface, and input ports. The body defines a first passageway that extends between the output and interface ports. The input port defines a second passageway that is in fluid communication with the first passageway. The valve core interface is slidably coupled with the body and is slidable between extended and retracted positions. The valve core interface includes a shaft and a knob. The shaft includes proximal and distal ends. The distal end is at least partially disposed in the first passageway. The knob is coupled with the proximal end of the shaft. The shaft is rotatably coupled with the body and is selectively rotatable in either tightening or loosening directions via the knob. The distal end of the shaft comprises a grasping feature that is configured to grasp a valve core of a valve stem.
Method for pressure measurement during tire inflation, automatic inflation method, and tire inflation pump
In order to solve the problem of discrepancies between inflation pressure and actual tire pressure during the tire inflation process, the present invention discloses a correction method and an inflator that implements this method. This significantly reduces the error between the pressure displayed on the gauge and the actual tire pressure, thereby enabling the functionality for automatic inflation and cessation of inflation for the tire.

Pumphead with trigger handle
A pumphead comprises a housing having a first end defining an aperture configured to receive a valve head therein; a handle housing defining an air passage in fluid connection with the aperture and an air pump; and a lock arm comprising an end pivotally coupled to the pumphead housing at the end of the pumphead housing opposite the aperture; and a second end disposed between the handle housing and the first end of the pumphead housing. Pivoting the lock arm toward the handle housing locks the pumphead housing around the valve head when the valve head is received in the aperture.
Tire repair system
A tire repair system for inflating or repairing a tire. The tire repair system includes a carrying case, an inflation system, a sealant delivery system, and a hose attachment. The inflation system positioned in or integrated with the carrying case, wherein the inflation system is configured to provide compressed air. The sealant delivery system positioned in or integrated with the carrying case, wherein the sealant delivery system is configured to mix a tire sealant with the compressed air. The hose attachment engages the tire and delivers the tire sealant and the compressed air to the tire.

Method and apparatus for inflation of a vehicle tire
A method of inflating a tire of a vehicle includes connecting the vehicle to an external air pump, using a connection, to provide communication of information between the vehicle and the external air pump. The method also includes transmitting information from the vehicle to the external air pump over the connection and controlling the external air pump based upon the communicated information to provide air to a vehicle tire, connected to the air pump, until the communicated information indicates that the tire has reached a desired pressure level, at which point the air pump ceases provision of air to the vehicle tire.
Remote safety tire inflation apparatuses
Remote safety tire inflation apparatuses may be operable in a tire inflation mode to inflate a pneumatic tire to an initial tire pressure at a safe distance from the tire. The remote safety tire inflation apparatuses may be operable in a tire deflation mode to subsequently deflate the tire to a safe target tire pressure so a user of the apparatus can safely approach the tire to uncouple the apparatus from the tire.
