20260124982 · 2026-05-07 ·

A bifold balcony for deployment from a side of a vehicle includes a balcony floor pivotally connectable at a proximal end to a floor of the vehicle, and a balcony front wall hingedly connected to a distal end of the balcony floor. The balcony floor and the balcony front wall are displaceable between a stowed position, in which the balcony floor and the balcony front wall are substantially planar and fixable in a wall opening of the vehicle, and a deployed position, in which the balcony floor is pivoted from the vehicle floor and in which the balcony front wall is pivoted relative to the balcony floor.

There is provided a loading type truck crane that includes an outrigger device including a right outrigger and a left outrigger that are mounted on a vehicle and are capable of extending and retracting in a vehicle width direction of the vehicle, and a crane device that includes a turnable boom and is mounted on the vehicle. A control device that is provided in the truck crane calculates a critical working radius of the crane device on a basis of a ground-contact reaction force of the outrigger device, and implements safety control related to at least one of a lowering operation and an extension operation of the boom by the crane device on a basis of the calculated critical working radius.

A lift device includes an inner mast section coupled to a base and an outer mast section, a platform assembly and a guardrail pivotally coupled to the outer mast section, a pulley wheel coupled to a belt, and a locking rail including a plurality of locking slots. A tension arm assembly includes a tension arm coupled to the pulley wheel and including a cutout extending through the tension arm, a tension spring biasing an end of the tension arm, and a locking pin coupled to a locking spring. In response to the belt decoupling from the pulley wheel, the tension spring is configured to bias the tension arm so that the tension arm pivots relative to the locking pin to allow the locking spring to displace the locking pin into one of the locking slots and prevent the outer mast section from moving relative to the inner mast section.
