Traction assembly, particularly for terrestrial traction machines and the like

A traction assembly for terrestrial traction machines, which includes at least one gearmotor adapted to be associated with a track or wheel of the terrestrial traction machine, and a parking brake of an electromagnetic type which is associated with the gearmotor, and wherein the parking brake is of a multi-dry-disk type and is interposed between the driving component of the gearmotor and a speed limiter of the gearmotor.

Hand lever to provisionally disengage a parking lock by hand

A lever (3) for the temporary disengagement of a parking lock (2) of a vehicle drive unit (1). The lever (3) comprises a fixing piece (31) for fitting the lever (3) onto a parking lock shaft (26), which extends inside the vehicle drive unit (1) and serves to actuate the parking lock (2). The lever (3) is a hand lever with a gripping handle (32). The gripping handle (32) is designed to enable a user to apply a manual force for manual actuation of the lever (3). When the lever (3) is fitted on the parking lock shaft (26) and moved, the parking lock shaft (26) is moved from an engagement position to a disengagement position. In the disengagement position, by further movement of the gripping handle (32) into a locking position, the lever (3) is blocked against a reverse movement out of the disengagement position.

Parking lock unit and drive arrangement

A parking lock unit for a drive assembly, in particular with an electric motor, comprises a parking lock housing, a ratchet wheel rotationally fixedly connected to a part of the drive assembly, which is rotatably supported about a rotational axis by at least one bearing, and comprising a connecting portion and an engagement portion which are connected to one another via a web portion; a locking element which is supported in the parking lock housing and can lock and release a rotational movement of the parking ratchet wheel about a longitudinal axis of the parking ratchet wheel, and a controllable locking actuator which can reversibly transfer the locking element into a position locking the parking ratchet wheel and a position releasing the parking ratchet wheel, wherein the parking ratchet wheel is formed such that the engagement portion is axially offset with respect to the connecting portion.

Parking lock device for blocking a rotational movement in a drive of a motor vehicle

A parking lock device includes a parking lock gear, a parking lock pawl, a control contour, and a contour following element for bearing against the control contour. The parking lock gear includes radially extending teeth with tooth gaps lying therebetween. The parking lock pawl has a portion arranged for radially engaging into one of the tooth gaps for blocking rotational movement of the parking lock gear. The control contour has a section extending in a rotational direction of the parking lock gear in a manner which differs from a circular path. During relative rotational movement between the parking lock gear and the parking lock pawl, the contour following element rotates relative to and bears against the control contour, forcing the contour following element to move the parking lock pawl with a radially inwardly directed movement component, deeply engaging the parking lock pawl in one of the tooth gaps.

Power-shift multi-speed transmission

The invention relates to a power-shift multi-speed transmission (10) provided in the power train of a vehicle, comprising at least one sun gear (14, 80), at least one stepped planetary gear (16, 22), at least one ring gear (34, 36), and an input shaft (12) and an output shaft (40). The power-shift multi-speed transmission (10) can be shifted into a shift mode of a first speed or into a shift mode of a second speed and vice versa by means of the at least one stepped planetary gear (16, 22). A first brake (30) is associated with a first ring gear (34) and a second brake (32) is associated with a second ring gear (36). Depending on the actuation of these brakes, in the shift modes there is at least one torque flow under acceleration, or at least one torque flow on overrun, through the power-shift multi-speed transmission (10).
