MACHINE SUSPENSION SYSTEM

A machine includes a prime mover having a power take-off, a chassis configured to support at least an operator and the prime mover, a subframe pivotally coupled to the chassis about a pivot axis at a first location, at least one drive device configured to drive wheels of the machine, a drive belt and pulley arrangement. The subframe is further coupled to the chassis via at least one suspension device at a second location. The at least one drive device is driven by the prime mover and is coupled to the subframe. The pulley arrangement is configured to direct the drive belt from the power take-off of the prime mover to at least one drive pulley on the at least one drive device. The pulley arrangement comprises an idler pulley having a diameter and a rotational axis. The idler pulley is coupled to the chassis such that the rotational axis is spaced from the pivot axis by no greater than 1.5 times the diameter.

Push-pull cable arrangement for vibration isolation

An arrangement for isolating vibration of Bowden cable-actuated components includes a Bowden cable, an actuation element coupled at one end to the Bowden cable and including a mounting eye, a damping element arranged in a positive-fit connection in the mounting eye, and a transmitter element supported within the damping element for actuating the Bowden cable such that it can be deflected. The damping element includes an elastic grommet having a defined recess lying in a specified deflection direction of the transmitter element. In a non-actuated state, the transmitter element is disposed at a centered position within the elastic grommet and is movable into contact with the mounting eye due to the effect of a deflecting actuation force under compression of the elastic grommet in an area of the recess.

PARKING BRAKE UNIT OF DOUBLE HINGE TYPE

The present invention relates to a double hinge type parking brake device which is constituted by a plurality of connection members having each gear formed on an outer peripheral surface while excluding a connection cable connecting a parking brake lever and a parking cable operating shaft for operating a parking cable to maintain an initial installation state instead of stretching the connection cable when the connection cable is used for a long time, thereby facilitating post management.

MODULAR BRAKING DEVICE

CAM LOCKING HANDLE ASSEMBLY FOR MANUAL PARK RELEASE
20200122701 · 2020-04-23 ·

A park release assembly including a package housing with a depth defining base and a cover and a cam component supported in a limited pivotal fashion within the housing. The cam component includes upper and lower portions, each further having an arcuate extending guide surface. A release cable extends in a first direction within the housing and engages the arcuate surface of the lower cam portion. An engagement cable extends in a second crosswise direction relative to the release cable and engages the arcuate surface of the upper cam portion. A pull handle is secured to an end of the engagement cable and, upon outwardly displacing the pull handle, causes concurrent rotation of the cam component in a counter biasing direction in order to linearly displace the release cable in an extending direction in order to actuate a remote lever to a vehicle Park release condition.

Bicycle control cable

A bicycle control cable is provided with a central wire and at least one resin string. The at least one string made of resin is spirally wound onto the radially outermost surface in a direction intersecting with a center longitudinal axis of the central wire with a pitch less than or equal to 1 millimeter. The at least one resin string defines a spiral gap between adjacent windings of the at least one resin string. The at least one resin string defines an outer sliding surface for reducing a sliding resistance of the central wire. The central wire and the at least one resin string define an inner wire configured to slidably move in an axial direction with respect to the center longitudinal axis of the central wire within an outer case to operate a bicycle component.

Miniature vehicle with foot steering arrangement

A miniature vehicle includes a chassis frame, front and rear wheel assemblies operatively coupled at front and rear ends of the chassis frame respectively, a motorized assembly supported on the chassis frame to power the rear wheel assembly, and a foot steering arrangement operatively coupled to the front wheel assembly. Therefore, the user is able to control the miniature vehicle by the feet of the user to precisely steer and control the miniature vehicle.

Rotating handle dynamic brake

A child transport carrier includes a handle bar and a rotatable brake actuator disposed around the handle bar. The rotatable brake actuator includes a first portion having a first radius of curvature and a second portion having a second radius of curvature. The first radius of curvature is less than the second radius of curvature. Rotating the rotatable brake actuator around the handle bar activates a first wheel brake.
