Pressure-limiting valve
A pressure-limiting valve has a valve housing, a piston, a pressure-limiting adjustment spring, at least one inlet and at least one outlet. The piston can assume an open position in which the inlet and the outlet are connected to each other and a closed position which separates the inlet and outlet. A first piston ring has a sealing surface and has a small pneumatic active surface relative to a second piston ring. Between the first and second piston rings the piston has a substantially truncated cone-like portion which tapers toward the first piston ring. In the closed position, the sealing surface of the first piston ring is sealingly drawn against a housing collar by a pneumatic force acting counter to the force of the pressure-limiting adjustment spring. A pneumatic passage for creating a safety valve function closable by a spring-loaded safety valve body is provided in the piston.
Effluent processing apparatus for a vehicle air brake charging system
An effluent processing apparatus is provided for a vehicle air brake charging system. The effluent processing apparatus has an inlet port through which effluent from a purge valve of an air dryer can be received and an outlet port. The effluent processing apparatus further has a quadric surface defining an effluent flow chamber that is connected in fluid communication between the inlet port and the outlet port. The quadric surface is provided for extracting contaminants from an effluent stream as the effluent stream flows from the inlet port along the quadric surface to the outlet port.
Freight trailer brake clearing system
A brake clearing system useful for clearing mechanical components of one or more brake units provided on a freight trailer having an air storage reservoir. The system includes a flow controller, at least one delivery hose, and at least one discharge device. The flow controller is fluidly between the air storage reservoir and the auxiliary tank. The delivery hose is fluidly connected to an outlet of the flow controller and delivers pressurized air to the discharge device. The discharge device, in turn, is configured to direct pressurized air at components of one of the brake units. The flow controller can include an inflow control unit, an auxiliary tank, and an outflow control unit. In related embodiments, the auxiliary tank can include a heater.
Rail vehicle
A rail vehicle includes an electric drive including a housing and power semiconductors arranged in the housing, and a braking system configured for operation with compressed air. The housing and the braking system are interconnected such as to enable supply of compressed air from the braking system to an interior of the housing. A depressurization device is arranged between the housing and the braking system such as to enable compressed air which is supplied to the housing to be depressurized prior to being supplied to the interior of the housing.
Non-return valve device
A non-return valve device has at least part of a flow channel for a fluid and a movable cord-like sealing element arranged in the flow channel. The sealing element is configured such that it can be moved at least partially between a closed position and an open position, wherein, in the open position, a fluid flow is permitted through the flow channel, whereas in the closed position, the fluid flow through the flow channel is blocked by form-fitting engagement with the sealing element.
GAS PROCESSING SYSTEM, CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, ELECTRICAL DEVICE
Provided are a gas processing system, a control method thereof, and an electrical device. The gas processing system includes: a gas storage container, a controller, and a switch component. The gas storage container has a first gas flow branch configured for communicating with a battery box and supplies a dry gas to the battery box. The controller can acquire a state parameter of a gas in the battery box. The switch component is arranged on the first gas flow branch and can switched between a first state, in which the first gas flow branch is turned on, and a second state, in which the first gas flow branch is blocked. The controller is in communication connection with the switch component, and can control the switch component to be switched from the second state to the first state when the state parameter of the gas acquired satisfies a preset condition.
Traction control system for electric multiple units
The present invention relates to an oil tank ventilation device for a hydraulic brake unit of a tramcar, comprising a vent plug, a sealing ring, a gas guide hole and a gas guide pipe; the gas guide hole is a through-hole structure arranged at an upper end inside an integrated valve block; the communications of electrical element protection case, integrated valve block and the oil tank are realized by the gas guide pipe stretched into an air chamber of the oil tank and by the vent plug configured in the electrical element protection case. When the surface of the oil tank is covered with ice or snow, the rain or snow can be effectively prevent from falling on the vent plug body and the driving safety of the train is ensured.
Screw Compressor for a Utility Vehicle
A compressor system for an utility vehicle includes at least one compressor, at least one electric motor which drives the compressor, at least one electric motor control unit and at least one air treatment device. The electric motor control unit is designed and configured in such a way that it controls the electric motor and at least partly the air treatment device.
Air powered vacuum system
A pressurized air vacuum cleaning device that is useful for the purpose of cleaning the inside cabin of a motorized vehicle is exhibited. The power source for the suction of the vacuum is derived from the onboard pressurized air that is commonly available on motorized vehicles such as trucks and work vehicles. A vacuum chamber is disposed in communication with the pressurized air system of the vehicle, which channels pressurized air by a venturi to create useful vacuum suction from the existing flow of air. The suction is channeled to the cabin of the vehicle, within a front pipe disposed under the floor of the cabin, which houses a vacuum hose for use by a user to clean debris from the cabin. The hose is concealed beneath a cover plate on the floor, which is lifted up by the user, simultaneously activating the suction to the vacuum hose upon lifting.
Braking system for a motor vehicle
A brake system comprises a first electrohydraulic open-loop and closed-loop control unit. The first electrohydraulic control unit comprises a master brake cylinder actuatable by a brake pedal; a first electrically controllable pressure-providing device; and an electrically controllable pressure-modulating device sets wheel-specific brake pressures for the wheel brakes. The electrically controllable pressure-modulating device has at least one electrically actuatable inlet valve for each wheel brake. A first pressure-medium reservoir for supplying the first electrohydraulic control unit with pressure medium is arranged on the first electrohydraulic control unit. The brake system also comprises a second electrohydraulic open-loop and closed-loop control unit, which comprises a second electrically controllable pressure-providing device for actuating at least some of the wheel brakes and electrically actuatable valves. A second pressure-medium reservoir for supplying the second electrohydraulic control unit with pressure medium is provided, the second pressure-medium reservoir being arranged on the second electrohydraulic control unit.
