An air preparation device having an electronic control unit for supplying at least one load circuit of a vehicle with dried system air, includes an air dryer unit for drying compressed air produced by an pneumatically switchable compressor. The air dryer unit supplies the at least one load circuit with dried compressed air via at least one overflow valve. An electromagnetic regeneration valve is provided which is connected to the control unit and returns dried compressed air along a regeneration path through the air dryer unit in order to regenerate the air dryer unit. An electromagnetic compressor control valve is provided which is connected to the control unit, for switching the pneumatically switchable compressor on and off via a pneumatic switching port, on the basis of a system pressure measurement value determined by at least one pressure sensor and supplied to the electronic control unit as an input signal. For redundant pneumatic compressor activation, a pneumatically pilot-controlled further compressor control valve is provided, to which the system pressure or a pressure proportional thereto is applied at a control inlet in order to switch on the compressor by activation of the pneumatic switching port after the system pressure has dropped below a lower limit value.

The external outer rotor is supported by the bearing arrangement on an outer circumference of the outer rotor.

The converging section has a sinusoidal shape leading to the point of convergence, also called the throat, with a minimum internal lumen diameter D, and generates an amplified vacuum at the output with a gain ratio of four to one, with substantially reduced parasitic losses, even at low flows.

Accordingly, when a system and the motor are combined, the motor prevents an increase in the amount of interference between the housing and the cover by means of a reaction force design between the cover and each of the housing and the bearing, and thus a coupling failure in the assembly, as a result of a reaction force, occurring when the system and the motor are coupled may be prevented.

A piston pump is configured to convey pressure medium in a pressure medium circuit, in particular in a braking circuit of a motor vehicle braking system that may be electronically controlled to counteract slip. The pump piston delimits an operating chamber and is received in a displaceable manner in a pump cylinder and may be driven to produce a stroke movement that goes back and forth between two reversing positions. The operating chamber may be connected in a controllable manner to a pump inlet or outlet. A pressure medium connection is provided from the pump outlet to the operating chamber, said pressure medium connection is controllable in dependence upon a relative position of the pump piston with respect to the first reversing position. Pressure pulsations of the piston pump are prevented and the operating noise is reduced.
