Hydraulics Assembly, in Particular for Controlling the Brake Pressure of a Wheel Brake of an Electronically Slip-controllable Brake System of a Motor Vehicle
A hydraulics assembly, in particular for controlling the brake pressure of a wheel brake of an electronically slip-controllable brake system of a motor vehicle, includes a hydraulic block having a recess for receiving a pump element, a line connection for contacting the hydraulics assembly to the wheel brake, channels for providing the pump element with brake fluid, and a hydraulic cavity formed in the interior of the hydraulic block, which cavity is contacted with the recess for the pump element. The cavity includes a riser, which extends from the recess for the pump element in the direction toward the line connection of the hydraulic block and is contacted with the recess for the pump element. The suction line collects gas escaping from the pressure means due to temperature and/or pressure changes and improves the operating noise of the hydraulics assembly.

ELECTRONIC BRAKE SYSTEM
Disclosed herein an electronic brake system includes a first block in which a mechanical unit operated mechanically in association with a brake pedal is disposed; a second block in which an electrical unit electronically operated and controlled by an electronic control unit is disposed; and a connection line configured to hydraulically connect the first block and the second block, and the first block and the second block are installed at positions spaced apart in a vehicle so that mountability of the brake system and the degree of freedom in design of the vehicle may be improved.
Seal member for a hydraulic fluid actuator
A hydraulic fluid actuator has a housing and a seal member. The housing has a hydraulic hose port that is configured to receive a hydraulic hose. The seal member seals the hydraulic hose port. The seal member includes a frangible section configured to rupture upon attachment of the hydraulic hose into the hydraulic hose port with the seal member remaining between the hydraulic hose and the hydraulic hose port after attachment.
Tube fastening unit and method for fastening a tube to a fastening clip
Tube fastening unit of at least one fastening clip and at least one motor vehicle tube fastened to the fastening clip. The motor vehicle tube has an outer surface made of plastic, which is welded with the fastening clip. The fastening clip has at least one welding element, which at least partially consists of a weldable plastic which is welded with the outer surface of the tube. The welding element is positively and/or non-positively fastened to the fastening clip.
BRAKING DEVICE FOR VEHICLE AND BRAKING METHOD THEREFOR
According to at least one aspect, the present disclosure provides a braking device for a vehicle, the braking device comprising: an electronic control unit which controls a motor and a traction control valve and calculates a required pressure for braking a vehicle and a pressure in a main line, wherein the electronic control unit increases the pressure in the main line by applying a positive current to the motor when the required pressure is greater than the pressure in the main line and decreases the pressure in the main line by applying a negative current to the motor and opening the traction control valve when the required pressure is lower than or equal to the pressure in the main line.
