Method for reducing the air humidity in a housing
Compressed air supplied into a housing is expanded for reducing air humidity in the housing in response to the expansion of the compressed air. As a result, it is possible in a simple manner for a component to be operated in a dry environment. The component can be dried and condensation on the component can be prevented.
CONNECTING ARRANGEMENT FOR CONNECTION OF A HYDRAULIC FLUID LINE TO A HYDRAULIC APPARATUS OF A MOTOR VEHICLE
A connecting arrangement for connection of a hydraulic fluid line to a hydraulic apparatus of a motor vehicle comprises a connecting pipe having a first pipe section at least partially inserted into a receiving bore in a connection body of the hydraulic apparatus. The connection body and the first pipe section are connected by a union screw. The connecting pipe also comprises a second pipe section to which a quick-connecting device is attached, a fluid line is also connected to the quick-connecting device.
Braking control system for a trailer
A braking control system for a trailer includes a braking system on a semi-trailer with the brake application handle located at the inside rear of the trailer. The handle has a locking member so that personnel loading the trailer are able to apply and lock the brakes on the trailer, and only the person(s) holding the key are able to release the brakes. The system prevents the trailer from moving away from the dock plate and having the dock plate fall through the space between the moved trailer and the dock, injuring personnel and/or damaging equipment.
Self-sealing hydraulic device
A self-sealing hydraulic device has a connecting assembly and a hydraulic assembly. The connecting assembly has an adaptor having a shell, a male fitting, and a barb fitting. The male fitting is mounted in the shell, is axially moveable relative to the shell, and has an axial hole and a radial hole orthogonally communicating with the axial hole. The radial hole is sealed by the shell. The barb fitting is connected to and communicates with both the shell and a hose. The hydraulic assembly is assembleable to the connecting assembly and has a housing, an elastic element, and a valve unit. The housing has a hydraulic chamber and an assembling hole communicating with the hydraulic chamber via a through hole. The elastic element is disposed in the housing. The valve unit is disposed inside the hydraulic chamber and driven by the elastic element to seal the through hole.
Fluid Transfer Assembly for Motorcycles
A distribution assembly for brake fluid pressure lines employs a housing block having a cylindrical bore therethrough and a receiving detent disposed into the housing block about the cylindrical bore. The peripheral surface of the receiving detent comprises a first series of outwardly arcuately curved surfaces alternating with a second series of inwardly curved surfaces. A rigid male connecting member comprising an integral fluid conduit and positioning member is adapted to be selectively received and secured to the housing block at the receiving detent. The positioning member is disposed about the terminus of the fluid conduit, the peripheral surface thereof having a multi-lobular peripheral surface adapted to be secured within the receiving detent in a manner that will allow the fluid conduit to be selectively oriented with respect to the housing block and the cylindrical bore therethrough.

Pressure Regulating Valve for an Air Supply System of a Utility Vehicle
A pressure regulating valve for an air supply system of a utility vehicle includes a housing having at least one compressed air connection communicating with at least one first pressure regulating chamber. The pressure regulating chamber has a variable volume delimited by at least one wall section of the housing and a first active pneumatic surface of a pressure regulating piston. In first position of the pressure regulating piston a first regulating channel is not connected to the pressure regulating chamber, and a second position of the pressure regulating piston is connected to the pressure regulating chamber. The pressure regulating piston includes a pin which rises out of the first active pneumatic surface of the pressure regulating piston. A second active pneumatic surface is located on an end of the pin. The pin is movably guided through the wall section in a pneumatically sealed manner.
