MOBILE WORKING MACHINE, CONTROL SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CONTROLLING MOBILE WORKING MACHINE
In the solution put forth, a pressure level of a pump in a hydraulic transmission system of a hydraulic working machine, or power that is feedable to an electric drive motor of an electric working machine is monitored, and/or the rotation speed at the output of the drive motor of the working machine and the rotation of moving means of the working machine are monitored. The pressure level of the hydraulic power transmission pump, or the power feedable to an electric drive motor, is compared with a lower threshold value to detect a fault situation, and/or the rotation speed at the output of the drive motor is compared with the rotation of the moving means also to detect a fault situation. In case a fault situation is detected, the braking system of the working machine is controlled to apply the brakes.
Method for holding a vehicle in the stationary state, open-loop and closed-loop control device for a brake device of a vehicle and brake device of a vehicle
Method for holding a vehicle in the stationary state, which has the following steps: (a) if the vehicle has an automatic transmission, engaging a parking lock, or if the vehicle has a manual transmission, engaging a gear, (b) at least temporarily, automatically carrying out vehicle movement monitoring by means of a sensing device; and (c) automatically activating a brake device of the vehicle in order to apply a braking force if the sensing device signals a vehicle movement.
BRAKING CONTROL DEVICE
A braking control device, when stopping a vehicle in a state where a braking force is being applied to the vehicle, executes a reducing control of reducing the braking force corresponding to a braking request before the vehicle stops and executes an increasing control of increasing the braking force corresponding to the braking request before the reducing control in order to suppress vehicle pitching behavior generated when the braking force is applied to the vehicle. The control device sets braking force increase amount in the increasing control based on a difference distance that is a difference between a first distance correlated with a vehicle traveling distance from a reduction start timing when the reducing control is executed until the stopping of the vehicle and a second distance correlated with a vehicle traveling distance from the reduction start timing when the reducing control is not executed until the stopping of the vehicle.
Tank truck rollover relieved control method based on electronic braking deceleration
For a tank truck using an EBS, the present invention provides a tank truck rollover relieved control method based on electronic braking deceleration. Firstly, a tank truck rollover scene applicable to the relieved control method is defined; then, a least square method is adopted to establish a characterization function of tank truck braking deceleration; and finally, tank truck rollover relieved control is achieved on the basis of the characterization function of the braking deceleration and the EBS. The method fits out a function expression of the tank truck braking deceleration and can automatically select a proper braking deceleration under different rollover scenes according to kinematics information of the tank truck and vehicle body information; during tank truck braking deceleration, an operation of a driver is considered, so that man-machine effective combination is achieved; and relieved braking deceleration is conducted when the tank truck is in a potential rollover risk state, a situation that emergency braking is conducted when the tank truck has high rollover risk is avoided, and tank truck rollover control stability and effectiveness are improved.
