Brake NVH countermeasure
Systems and methods are described for controlling a vehicle braking system. An electronic controller determines a target deceleration based at least in part on a detected displacement position of a brake pedal and determines an adjusted braking pressure to be applied to at least one wheel of the vehicle such that, regardless of the displacement position of the brake pedal and the target deceleration, the adjusted braking pressure is maintained outside of a defined range of braking pressures that corresponds to a NVH condition for the at least one wheel. The adjusted braking pressure is then applied to the at least one wheel of the vehicle.
Pedal Value Generator for a Motor Vehicle, Pedal Value Generator Arrangement and Method for Controlling a Motor Vehicle

A first pedal actuating surface 16 and, at a distance thereto, a second pedal actuating surface 18 are arranged on a cross member 20. A sensor arrangement 24 detects a torque M of the cross member 20 with respect to a torque axis X arranged between the first and second pedal actuating surfaces 16, 18 and for supplying an electrical actuation signal B1, B2 as a function of torque M. When an actuating force acts upon first pedal actuating surface 16 motor vehicle 30 can be accelerated and when an actuating force acts upon second pedal actuating surface 18 it can be decelerated.
METHOD FOR OPERATING AN ACCELERATOR PEDAL-CONTROLLED DISTANCE CONTROLLER OF A VEHICLE AND CONTROL UNIT
A method for operating an accelerator pedal-controlled distance controller of a vehicle. The distance controller regulates a distance to a target vehicle as a function of an actuator pedal value of the vehicle and activates automatic braking operations as necessary. A braking operation is aborted when the accelerator pedal value is increased during the braking operation.

BRAKE SYSTEM
A brake system may include an actuation device, in particular a brake pedal, a first piston-cylinder unit with two pistons, in particular an auxiliary piston and a second piston, in order to supply a pressure medium to brake circuits via a valve device. One of the pistons, in particular the auxiliary piston, can be actuated by means of the actuation device. The brake system may further include a second piston-cylinder unit with an electric motor-powered drive, a transmission, and at least one piston to supply a pressure medium to at least one of the brake circuits via a valve device and a motor-pump unit with a valve device to supply a pressure medium to the brake circuits. According to one aspect, a hydraulic travel simulator is connected to a pressure or working chamber of the first piston-cylinder unit.
