According to at least one aspect, the present disclosure provides a braking device for a vehicle, the braking device comprising: an electronic control unit which controls a motor and a traction control valve and calculates a required pressure for braking a vehicle and a pressure in a main line, wherein the electronic control unit increases the pressure in the main line by applying a positive current to the motor when the required pressure is greater than the pressure in the main line and decreases the pressure in the main line by applying a negative current to the motor and opening the traction control valve when the required pressure is lower than or equal to the pressure in the main line.

Disclosed are a brake pedal assembly, a braking apparatus, and a control method, where the brake pedal assembly includes a pedal, a stroke sensor configured to detect a depression stroke of the pedal, Hall sensors spaced apart from each other in a direction parallel to an operation direction of the pedal, and a controller configured to determine the depression stroke of the pedal using any one or any combination of the stroke sensor and the Hall sensors and to determine a required braking force of a vehicle, in response to the depression stroke of the pedal.
Braking control system and method of vehicle
A braking control system and method of a vehicle are configured to safely stop the vehicle by determining whether a brake line fails via detecting a change in braking pressure and compensating for braking force through an engaging operation of an electric parking brake (EPB) when determining that the brake line fails in association with driver manipulation of the brake pedal. The braking control system includes: a vehicle speed detector; a wheel lock detector; a brake pedal operation detector that determines whether a brake pedal is operated; a brake line failure detector that determines whether the brake line fails when the brake pedal is operated; and a controller configured to engage the EPB when a current vehicle speed is equal to or greater than a predetermined vehicle speed, a current state is a wheel-unlock state, and the brake line fails.
BRAKE SYSTEM
A brake system may include an actuating device, in particular a brake pedal; a first piston-cylinder unit having two pistons subjecting the brake circuits to a pressure medium via a valve device, wherein one of the pistons can be actuated by the actuation device; a second piston-cylinder unit having an electric motor drive, a transmission at least one piston to supply at least one of the brake circuits with a pressure medium via a valve device; and a motor pump unit with a valve device to supply the brake circuits with a pressure medium. The brake system may also include a hydraulic travel simulator with a pressure or working chamber which is connected to the first piston-cylinder unit.

An apparatus for changing a brake mode using a brake pedal, includes a processor; and a storage medium recording at least one program configured to be executable by the processor, the at least one program including instructions; a first determination unit configured for determining whether a first condition for changing the brake mode is satisfied, wherein the brake mode refers to driver's required deceleration including a different inclination according to a pedal stroke or a pedal effort of the brake pedal, is satisfied; a second determination unit configured for determining whether the pedal stroke of the brake pedal and a pressing time of the brake pedal satisfy a second condition, in response that the first condition is satisfied; and a control unit of changing a current brake mode for a brake system including the brake pedal, in response that the second condition is satisfied.
Braking control device
A braking control device, when stopping a vehicle in a state where a braking force is being applied to the vehicle, executes a reducing control of reducing the braking force corresponding to a braking request before the vehicle stops and executes an increasing control of increasing the braking force corresponding to the braking request before the reducing control in order to suppress vehicle pitching behavior generated when the braking force is applied to the vehicle. The control device sets braking force increase amount in the increasing control based on a difference distance that is a difference between a first distance correlated with a vehicle traveling distance from a reduction start timing when the reducing control is executed until the stopping of the vehicle and a second distance correlated with a vehicle traveling distance from the reduction start timing when the reducing control is not executed until the stopping of the vehicle.
Sensor assembly, actuation device for a brake system
The disclosure relates to a sensor assembly, having a housing, which has a cylindrical depression with a lateral wall which is closed in the circumferential direction of the depression, and having a cover which is assigned to the depression and bears at least one sensor unit, the cover having a cylindrical insertion portion which is partially inserted axially into the depression so that it is radially opposite the lateral wall at least in some regions, and the insertion portion being held axially in the depression by means of an interlocking connection. According to the disclosure, the interlocking connection has an elastically deformable C-ring, which is arranged coaxially with the insertion portion and is held axially between a first axial stop of the insertion portion on one side and a second axial stop of the lateral wall on the other side.
