Vehicle control device
A vehicle control device includes: an actuator drive controller configured to control a drive of an actuator; a main motor drive controller configured to control a drive of a main motor; and a stuck determiner. The stuck determiner determines a stuck of the actuator based on a detection value of a sensor unit that detects a physical quantity changed according to a drive state of the actuator. The main motor drive controller is configured to perform an engaging surface pressure reduction control for reducing an engaging surface pressure between a parking gear and a parking lever by driving the main motor, when the stuck determiner determines that the actuator is stuck in releasing a parking lock of the vehicle.
DYNAMIC RESOURCE ALLOCATION AMONG DIFFERENT OFDM NUMEROLOGY SCHEMES
The present disclosure relates to a resource allocation procedure for allocating time-frequency radio resources by a scheduler in a mobile communication system. A plurality of numerology schemes are defined, each partitioning a plurality of radio resources of the mobile communication system into resource scheduling units in a different manner. A reference resource set is defined per numerology scheme, each being associated to a set of radio resources usable for being allocated according to the respective numerology scheme. The reference resource set of at least one numerology scheme overlaps with the reference resource set of at least another numerology scheme in the frequency and/or time domain. The resource allocation procedure is performed for allocating radio resources to one or more user terminals according to the numerology schemes. The resource allocation procedure is performed for each numerology scheme based on a scheduling time interval defined for the respective numerology scheme.
BATTERY ELECTRIC VEHICLE OPERATOR TO CHARGE TECHNICIAN INTERLOCK
An electric vehicle includes a battery and an external charging port on the vehicle. A charging interlock system on the vehicle includes a charging interlock module configured to: when engaged by an operator of the vehicle, prevent movement of the vehicle during a battery charging procedure executable by a battery charging technician outside the vehicle and, when disengaged by the battery charging technician following the battery charging procedure, allow movement of the vehicle.
METHOD OF CONTROLLING A BRAKING SYSTEM AND RELATED BRAKING SYSTEM
A method of controlling a braking system of a vehicle for deactivating a parking-braking force actuated by the braking system is provided. The method involves actuating, by an electronic processing unit, a first actuator of a first brake caliper so as to release a first braking force and reduce a value of the first braking force, detecting the value of the first braking force during actuation of the first actuator by detection means, in the instant in which it is detected that the first braking force is reduced to a value substantially equal to zero, stopping the first actuator and actuating a second actuator of a second brake caliper, by the electronic processing unit, so as to release a second braking force and reduce a value of the second braking force, and reducing the value of the second braking force to a value substantially equal to zero.
System and method for pre-collision adjustments in vehicles
A system and method for modifying one or more vehicle control systems in a target vehicle prior to a collision with an approaching vehicle are disclosed. The system and method include detecting that a collision is imminent and controlling one or more vehicle control systems automatically to change the impact duration and/or location, depending on the type of collision detected.
Method for operating a vehicle brake system, and vehicle brake system
The invention relates to a method for operating a vehicle brake system and to a vehicle brake system, wherein the vehicle brake system comprises at least one hydraulic vehicle brake (10), having a brake caliper (12), having a brake piston (16), having a brake piston seal (20) which is assigned to the brake caliper (12) and which acts between the brake caliper (12) and brake piston (16), having brake pads (22), and having a brake disk (24), in which method a hydraulic brake pressure acting on the brake piston (16) is built up in a manner dependent on a braking command. The brake pressure is furthermore held in a manner dependent on the braking command. If the braking command is withdrawn, the hydraulic brake pressure acting on the brake piston (16) is reduced to a hydraulic intermediate pressure, and the hydraulic intermediate pressure is held for a defined second period of time. The hydraulic brake pressure is subsequently reduced.
Vehicle braking system and control method of the same
A vehicle braking system capable of normally releasing brakes under various conditions and a control method thereof is provided. The vehicle braking system includes a braking device and a brake release assisting unit, wherein the brake release assisting unit maintains a braking force at a constant level by applying auxiliary hydraulic pressure to the braking device when braking of the braking device is released.
VEHICLE AND BRAKING CONTROLLER
A vehicle includes a braking device and a control device. The braking device includes a brake disk and a brake pad, and is configured to brake the vehicle by bringing the brake disk and the brake pad into contact. The brake disk is attached to a wheel of the vehicle, and the brake pad is configured to come into contact with the brake disk. The control device is configured to acquire a temperature of the braking device and configured to, when the temperature of the braking device is lower than a threshold temperature, bring the braking device into operation on the occasion of acceleration of the vehicle.
