Vented side member for an agricultural vehicle
An agricultural vehicle including a chassis, at least one rotor supported by the chassis and configured for threshing a crop material, at least one exterior side member supported by the chassis and including at least one outlet, and an air conduit located underneath the at least one rotor. The air conduit is configured for providing an airstream directed to the at least one exterior side member such that the airstream forces a material other than grain out through the at least one outlet.
Agricultural combine with electrostatic grain cleaner
An agricultural combine includes a self-propelled agricultural harvesting vehicle and a feederhouse extending forward from the vehicle. The combine further includes a rotor and concave arrangement for threshing and separating grain received in the feederhouse. A cleaning shoe is disposed below the rotor and concave arrangement. The combine moreover includes a grain tank for receiving and accumulating grain from the cleaning shoe and an unloading conveyor for conveying grain from the grain tank. An electrostatic grain cleaner is coupled to a distal end of the conveyor for electrostatically cleaning grain from the grain tank.

Crop dust separation system
The present invention provides a system for separating crop dust from crop residue produced during a harvesting operation using a combine. The system comprises an attachment member configured to be used with the combine, a shroud fastened to the attachment member and extending downward to form a negative pressure chamber; and a container for collecting the separated crop dust exiting the outlet of the cyclone unit. The attachment member comprises a suction fan to generate a negative pressure to draw an air flow comprising at least a portion of the crop dust separated from the crop residue; and a depressurized cyclone unit in communication with the suction fan, having an inlet for receiving the air flow comprising the separated crop dust drawn by the suction fan, and an outlet having a turning interlock configured to maintain the negative pressure while discharging the separated crop dust through the outlet.

Debris screen for combine harvester grain cleaning fan
A combine harvester including a frame, threshing apparatus, a grain cleaning system, and, a feederhouse pivotally mounted to the frame on a transverse lift axis. The feederhouse includes a conveyor for conveying cut crop material from a fore opening to an aft opening. The feederhouse is configured to support a cutting header at its forward end. The grain cleaning system includes a transverse cross-flow fan having a debris screen protecting an air inlet channel. The debris screen includes a plurality of elongate transverse screen elements each being mounted to the frame so as to provide a degree of vertical movement freedom with respect to the frame. At least one elastic member is connected between the underside of the feederhouse and the frame and connects the plurality of screen elements. At least one elastic member is stretched as the feederhouse is raised and the vertical spacing between the plurality of screen elements increases.
AGRICULTURAL MACHINE EXTRACTOR ASSEMBLY, DEFLECTOR FOR AGRICULTURAL MACHINE EXTRACTOR ASSEMBLY AND AGRICULTURAL MACHINE
In one aspect, an extractor assembly for an agricultural machine includes a deflector designed to cause air passing through external walls of the extractor assembly to intersect, which reduces the air flow velocity and improves the mixing of crop waste, resulting in a more uniform waste exhaustion and allowing better direction of said waste out of the agricultural machine. In one implementation, the deflector includes flat plate that defines a perimeter adapted to be coupled to an extractor hood of the extractor assembly. The deflector may also include a fixing plate and a fixing assembly.
