Hybrid Module
A hybrid module for a powertrain includes a drive, a first coupling section that couples the hybrid module to a transmission, and a second coupling section that couples the hybrid module to an internal combustion engine. The second coupling section includes a shifting arrangement having at least two shift elements which can take an initial and a shift position.
PEDAL UNIT AND A VEHICLE INCLUDING THE SAME
A pedal unit includes an accelerator pedal, a brake pedal, a first bracket, a second bracket, and a connector. The first bracket includes a first plate including a first surface and a second surface that rotatably supports the accelerator pedal disposed adjacent to the first surface and the brake pedal disposed adjacent to the second surface. The second bracket includes a second plate including a third surface that rotatably supports the brake pedal disposed adjacent to the third surface of the second plate. The connector connects the first bracket, the brake pedal, and the second bracket in a state in which the brake pedal is disposed between the second surface and the third surface.
Cable system for a truck trailer
A cable system for a truck trailer for reducing the number and/or size of wiring in a commercial trailer cable system from seven to four, three, or two, while also facilitating bidirectional communication with all connected electronic devices in the trailer. The cable system has a ground cable, a power cable, and zero, one or two additional communication cables that may carry analog and/or digital communications between the control circuit and components of the trailer such as turn signal lamps, brake lamps, backup cameras, environmental sensors, and the like. A transformer for increasing the voltage on the power cable is disclosed, allowing the power and ground cables to be smaller without reducing power delivered to the trailer.
Mechatronic integrated unit
A mechatronic integrated unit for a vehicle includes a housing including a first chamber and a second chamber located above the first chamber, a first motor disposed in the first chamber, a second motor disposed along a front-rear direction in the first chamber along with the first motor, at least part of the second motor being located above the first motor, and an electric circuit unit that is disposed in the second chamber and is electrically connected to at least one of the first motor or the second motor. A partition wall between the first chamber and the second chamber includes a bulging portion that bulges toward the second chamber from a portion other than the bulging portion and is located above the second motor. At least part of the electric circuit unit faces the bulging portion in the front-rear direction or in a right-left direction.
Coaxial asynchronous electric drive system
A coaxial asynchronous motor drive system, including a speed reducer, an electric motor and a main housing, and further including a motor controller, wherein the electric motor and the speed reducer are connected to form a motor reducer assembly and mounted inside the main housing, and the motor controller is fixed to the main housing and connected to the motor reducer assembly. The system reduces parasitic loss of an auxiliary motor drive system of a battery electric four-wheel-drive vehicle and increases the range per charge of the vehicle, and the compact and integrated coaxial motor drive system facilitates maximum utilization of available space of the vehicle.
Steering control device and method
The disclosure relates to a steering control device and method. According to the disclosure, a steering control device comprises a detachable dial including a permanent magnet, a hall sensor detecting a position of a magnet provided in the dial, and a controller receiving manager authentication information, calculating a rotation angle of the dial based on a position of the permanent magnet received from the hall sensor when the manager authentication information is valid, and transmitting a control signal to a road wheel actuator (RWA) to move a tire to a position corresponding to the rotation angle.
Drive axle for a vehicle
A drive axle with a bevel gear differential having a differential cage as an input and two drive shafts as differential outputs. The differential cage is driven by a planet carrier of a planetary gear set, the planet carrier providing a plurality of planet shafts, each forming a stiff unit with two planet wheels stepped in diameter. The planet carrier is driven by a sun wheel and counter-acts with a static ring wheel. While the planet carrier drives the differential cage and orbits around the differential in its entirety, the differential is compactly disposed between the planet shafts.
