Parallel Strong Hybrid Electric Vehicle (Hev) Powertrain Assembly With Torque Converter
A parallel (P2) hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) powertrain assembly includes a torque converter and a motor-generator unit (MGU). The parallel hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) powertrain assembly can be equipped in a front wheel drive (FWD) powertrain architecture. The torque converter has an impeller cover. The motor-generator unit has a rotor and a stator. The rotor extends from the impeller cover, and the stator is mounted to a transmission bell housing.
Electric drive unit, hybrid drive device, and vehicle
An electric drive unit for a hybrid drive, in particular for a vehicle, has an increased power output and degree of efficiency, while thermal loading as well as required installation space and manufacturing costs are minimized. The electric drive unit has an asynchronous machine with a rotor with a rotor cage, in particular a rotor cage which is formed with copper conductors. The asynchronous machine is formed with a stator having a shaft winding. The shaft winding is formed with a device for star-delta changeover. The rotor is formed with a rotor internal cooling device. A step-up gear mechanism is arranged in a power train between the rotor and the output element. There is also described a hybrid drive device with an electric drive unit, and a vehicle that has an electric drive unit and/or a hybrid drive device.
Electric drive
An electric drive for driving a driving axle of a motor vehicle comprises a housing assembly; an electric machine with a hollow shaft that is rotatingly supported around a rotational axis; a transmission unit with a transmission shaft that is rotatingly drivable by a motor shaft around a rotational axis parallel to the rotational axis; a double clutch unit with a clutch carrier rotatingly drivable by the transmission shaft around the rotational axis, and two plate packages; wherein the clutch carrier comprises a casing portion and two cover portions; two actuators that are arranged outside the clutch carrier; two force transmitting members for transmitting a force generated by the actuator to the plate packages, wherein the cover portions each comprise a plurality of circumferentially distributed through-apertures through which cams of the force transmitting members extend; and a control unit for controlling the actuators.
WHEEL DRIVING UNIT
A wheel driving unit including a casing in which an electric motor and a speed reducer are incorporated, the wheel driving unit being disposed in a rim of a wheel so as to rotate the wheel, wherein a portion of the wheel driving unit located below the electric motor and the speed reducer is a lubricant reservoir for storing lubricant in the casing, and wherein a protrusion is provided at a lower portion of the lubricant reservoir so as to protrude in a direction toward an inner circumferential surface of the rim.
Vehicle drive apparatus
A vehicle drive apparatus including a rotor having a plate portion formed in a substantial ring shape to cover a planetary gear from above and a cylindrical portion erected from an outer periphery of the plate portion to transmit a torque through a planetary gear mechanism to a rotating shaft, and an oil passage forming part forming an oil passage so as to lead a lubricating oil supplied from a hydraulic power source from above the rotor through an upper surface of the plate portion to the planetary gear. The oil passage forming part includes plate through-holes formed vertically in the plate portion and a shaft through-hole formed inside the planetary shaft from an upper surface to an outer peripheral surface thereof. The plate through-holes are arranged along a circle defined a distance from the axial line to the planetary shaft as a radius.
Hybrid vehicle
A hybrid vehicle having a pendulum damper in which resonance at around an idling speed of an engine can be prevented to improve N.V. performance. The hybrid vehicle comprises an engine and at least one motor. In the hybrid vehicle, a power transmission path is formed between the engine and drive wheels. In the power transmission path, a pendulum damper is disposed to suppress torsional vibrations, and a disconnecting clutch is disposed to selectively interrupt power transmission between the engine and the pendulum damper.
Hybrid transmission assembly
In a hybrid transmission, a traction motor is mounted between a dry clutch module and a manual gearbox. A slave cylinder is mounted within the rotor of the traction motor to reduce axial length. The rotor is fixedly coupled to an engine crankshaft. The stator may be cooled by circulating engine coolant through the housing. The stator and the rotor may be cooled by spraying transmission fluid into a sealed motor cavity.
Multi-channel rotational shaft lubrication system
Methods and systems for lubricating a rotating shaft are provided. The lubrication system, in one example, includes a pump coupled to a central lubricant channel, the rotating shaft having a plurality of channels, an air intake channel positioned parallel to an axis of rotation of the rotating shaft, and a first orifice of a first channel of the plurality of channels, where the first orifice is positioned between the air intake channel and the central lubricant channel.
Torque transmission arrangement, and drive module comprising same
A torque transmission arrangement, particularly for an arrangement with an electric machine in a drive module of a hybrid vehicle or electric vehicle, for transmitting a torque from an output shaft, particularly a motor output shaft, to a drive shaft, particularly a transmission input shaft. The drive shaft further has at least one fluid guide channel in which a fluid can be guided in direction of the output shaft. A fluid-carrying element which guides fluid out of the fluid guide channel of the drive shaft into a radially outer region of the output shaft and is provided at the output shaft.
