Electric vehicle
An electric vehicle, having a floor assembly including lateral longitudinal carriers, front and rear crossmembers, a vehicle undertray which extends between the lateral longitudinal carriers and the crossmembers and a passenger compartment floor which extends above the vehicle undertray, a technical space between the passenger compartment floor and the vehicle undertray in a rear section of the floor assembly, in which rear section rear seats are mounted above the passenger compartment floor. Furthermore, the electric vehicle includes at least one electric machine and a traction battery arranged below the floor assembly and on the floor assembly. Starting from the passenger compartment floor, the rear crossmember extends as far as into the region of the vehicle undertray and closes the technical space at a rear end. The traction battery is mounted on the lateral longitudinal carriers and on the front and rear crossmembers, and is sealed circumferentially.
Power system
A power system includes an electric motor for driving a left wheel and a right wheel of a vehicle, an electric motor control device for controlling the electric motor, a transmission disposed on a power transmission path between the electric motor, the left and right wheels, a differential device for distributing output decelerated by the transmission to the left and right wheels, a case which accommodates the electric motor, the transmission, and the differential device, a left axle of which one end is connected to the differential device and the other end extends from the case to be connected to the left wheel, and a right axle of which one end is connected to the differential device and the other end extends from the case to be connected to the right wheel. A conductive rotation allowing member having conductivity is provided between the differential device and the case.
BRAKING DEVICE FOR A HYDRAULIC MOTOR VEHICLE BRAKING SYSTEM COMPRISING A STOP DISC
In order to offer an improved brake device without vacuum booster, in the case of which brake device the zero point of the cylinder piston remains as far as possible permanently within defined narrow tolerances and at the same time the impact noise is reliably reduced, it is proposed that the stop disk is elastically reversibly compressible in an axial direction over a defined compression travel and has the compression travel delimited, the delimitation being defined in a travel-controlled manner.
Motor Vehicle
A motor vehicle has a housing for an energy store arranged on a bottom side of a floor assembly of the motor vehicle such that the vibrations of the floor assembly are reduced. A compressible foam of a damping component is an elastomeric foam, the material properties of which exhibit, under dynamic loading, dynamic hardening, so that the stiffness under dynamic loading starting from a frequency of greater than 0.1 Hz is greater by a dynamic hardening factor, which is greater than 2, than the stiffness which is present under quasistatic loading, such as when fitted for example.
Work vehicle with accommodation for air conditioner in rear beam of cabin frame
A work vehicle includes a cabin to cover an operator's seat on a traveling body. A cabin frame that constitutes a framework of the cabin includes a pair of left and right front pillars, a pair of left and right rear pillars, a front beam, a rear beam, and side beams. The front beam couples upper end portions of the front pillars to each other. The rear beam couples upper end portions of the rear pillars to each other. Each of the side beams couples to each other upper end portions of each of the front pillars and each of the rear pillars that stand at a front and rear. The rear beam is formed to have a U-shaped cross-section by presswork of a metal plate material.
Webbing take-up device
A webbing take-up device that includes a spool that is rotated in a take-up direction to take up webbing worn by an occupant and that is rotated in a pull-out direction by the webbing being pulled out, and a frame that rotatably supports the spool. The frame includes a fixed stay portion that is fixed to a vehicle body, and a rotation stop stay portion that is disposed spaced apart from the vehicle body and that by being engaged with the vehicle body is restricted from rotational displacement relative to the fixed stay portion.
NOISE REDUCTION APPARATUS FOR ELECTRIC POWER STEERING SYSTEM
A noise reduction apparatus for an electric power steering system may include a worm wheel rotatably and integrally coupled to a steering shaft connected to a steering wheel; a worm gear shaft to be rotatably operated by rotational force of an electric motor and formed with a worm gear to be meshed with the worm wheel; a tilt bearing provided between the worm gear shaft and the electric motor to rotatably support one end of the worm gear shaft; a support bearing for rotatably supporting the other end of the worm gear shaft; a plurality of pressing pins for pressing the support bearing; and a plurality of elastic members for elastically supporting the plurality of pressing pins respectively.
Vehicle engine baffle plate for reducing noise
A vehicle lower structure includes an internal combustion engine arranged in an engine compartment of a vehicle; a lower cover arranged below the internal combustion engine and formed so as to cover a lower portion of the engine compartment; and one or more baffle plates arranged between the internal combustion engine and the lower cover. The one or more baffle plates are located within a range of the width of the internal combustion engine in the engine compartment with respect to the front-rear direction of the vehicle. The one or more baffle plate protrude toward the lower cover from the side of the internal combustion engine or toward the internal combustion engine from the side of the lower cover with respect to the top-bottom direction of the vehicle. The one or more baffle plate are formed so as to extend to the left-right direction of the vehicle.
Motor Vehicle
A motor vehicle has a housing for an energy store arranged on a bottom side of a floor assembly of the motor vehicle such that the vibrations of the floor assembly are reduced. A damping component id provided as an elastomeric spring, the material properties of which exhibit, under dynamic loading, dynamic hardening, so that the stiffness under dynamic loading starting from a frequency of greater than 0.1 Hz is greater by a dynamic hardening factor, which is greater than 2, than the stiffness which is present under quasi-static loading, such as when fitted for example.
