SEAT RAIL FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure relates to a seat rail for a vehicle having a lever shaft configured to be integrally combined with bracket flanges, whereby shaking of a release lever in the forward/backward and leftward/rightward directions may be reduced. When the release lever is rotated in a restoring direction thereof by an elastic force of a lever spring, lever flanges make contact with a locking mounting bracket and a restoring rotation of the release lever stops. In addition, an end portion of the lever spring may be held by and fixed to the release lever so as to improve operability of a locking pin.
ANTI-RESONANT PANEL AND METHODS OF MAKING THE SAME
Example methods, panels, and systems are disclosed for providing noise insulation. Noise insulation may be provided by an anti-resonant panel that includes a base panel including a base panel core material and two base panel face sheets, where each of the two base panel face sheets is adjacent to an opposite side of the base panel core material. The anti-resonant panel further includes at least one stiffener-member positioned along the base panel in a defined area of the base panel, where the defined area is less than a full area of the base panel. The stiffener-member includes a stiffener-member core material and two stiffener-member face sheets the stiffener-member face sheets adjacent to an opposite side of the stiffener-member core material.
Air intake system for a commercial vehicle, in particular a truck
An air intake system for a commercial vehicle is disclosed. The air intake system includes a hood with at least one frontal intake opening through which air to be guided to an engine of the commercial vehicle can flow and with at least one plenum configured to receive air flowing through the intake opening. The air intake system further includes at least one air pipe having at least one air duct with at least one inlet opening through which the air flowing through the frontal intake opening can flow, the air duct arranged upstream of and fluidically connected with the plenum so as to guide the air to and into the plenum. The air intake system additionally includes at least one air filter and at least one silencer plate arranged upstream of the air filter, the silencer plate having a plurality of through openings through which the air can flow.
Engine clutch motor coupling structure for hybrid transmission
An engine clutch motor coupling structure for a hybrid transmission is disclosed. The motor coupling structure couples a retainer of the engine clutch with a rotor of a motor in the hybrid transmission, and includes at least one damping unit installed in the axial direction of the rotor in a rim of the retainer between an end of the rotor and the rim of the retainer, and connected with the end of the rotor.
ENGINE MOUNT FOR VEHICLE
The present disclosure provides an engine mount for a vehicle. The engine mount includes a rubber assembly that is connected between a vehicle body and an engine. A fluid sealing assembly is detachably assembled to the rubber assembly, allowing tuning of the engine mount to be performed by detaching the fluid sealing assembly while the engine remains connected to the engine mount.
Engine cover having snap latch
An engine cover readily movable between a closed, engine-concealing position and an open, engine-accessing position is disclosed. The cover includes a front and a back. The back of the cover is movably attached to the engine. The front of the cover includes a latch handle assembly that releasably attaches the cover to the engine. In its closed position, the engine cover not only conceals at least a portion of the engine thereby improving the aesthetic appeal of the engine compartment, but also helps to reduce engine noise, thus reducing overall vehicle NVH. The cover back may be attached anywhere on the upper area of the engine. The latch assembly includes a releasable latch handle that is pivotably attached to the engine cover. The releasable latch handle has a latch handle hook. An engine latch hook is provided on the engine to which the latch handle hook can be selectively attached.
HYDRAULIC MOUNT FOR VEHICLE
A hydraulic mount for a vehicle includes: a core bush coupled to a bolt; a main rubber formed on an outer surface of the core bush; an orifice portion coupled to a lower portion of the main rubber to divide an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber; and a lower rubber film coupled to a lower portion of the orifice portion. The orifice portion includes an upper nozzle plate formed with a first fluid inlet and outlet port, a lower nozzle plate formed with a fluid path and a second fluid inlet and outlet port, and a cylinder-type membrane vertically arranged between the upper nozzle plate and the lower nozzle plate, and a pattern of crests and valleys is formed along a circumference of the membrane, the pattern of crests and valleys selectively contacting the upper nozzle plate and the lower nozzle plate.
HYDRAULIC MOUNT FOR VEHICLE
A hydraulic mount for a vehicle includes: a core bush coupled to a bolt; a main rubber formed on an outer surface of the core bush; an orifice portion coupled to a lower portion of the main rubber so as to divide an upper fluid chamber and a lower fluid chamber, the orifice portion including a lower plate and an upper plate; and a membrane mounted between the lower plate and the upper plate. A fluid path is formed on an upper surface portion of the lower plate, a lower inlet and outlet port is formed on a predetermined position of the fluid path, an upper inlet and outlet port communicating with the fluid path is formed on the upper plate, a concave groove portion and a fixing end are repeatedly and uniformly formed along a circumference of the upper plate so as to cover the fluid path on the lower plate and be coupled thereto, and the membrane is exposed through the concave groove portion.
Vehicle including cabin disturbance mitigation system
An automotive vehicle includes an internal combustion engine that generates exhaust gas and an exhaust system that expels the exhaust gas from the vehicle via at least one of a first exhaust conduit and a second exhaust conduit. A disturbance sensor is installed within a cabin of the vehicle, and is configured to detect a disturbance within the cabin and to output a disturbance signal indicative of the disturbance. An exhaust valve has a plurality of positions and adjusts an amount of the exhaust gas delivered to the first and second exhaust conduits. The automotive vehicle further includes an electronic hardware controller in signal communication with the at least one disturbance sensor and the exhaust valve. The controller adjusts the position of the exhaust valve based on the disturbance signal to reduce the disturbance within the cabin.
Connector
A connector in a clutch connection structure used in an electrical automobile, which includes: a locking part formed at a body; a latch in contact with the locking part; a first solenoid driving part disposed on one side of the latch; and a second solenoid driving part disposed on the other side of the latch, in which the first solenoid driving part and the second solenoid driving part face each other with the latch being interposed therebetween, such that an operation of a clutch when the clutch operates becomes simple, and thus, noise, vibrations, and durability thereof are improved.
