ROLL RESTRICTOR SYSTEM FOR AN AUTOMOTIVE POWERTRAIN
An aspect of the invention provides a roll restrictor system for an automotive powertrain, comprising: a torque roll restrictor bracket configured for attachment to the automotive powertrain; wherein attachment is mediated by a bushing; wherein the bushing is provided within a bearing which facilitates rotation of the bushing within the torque roll restrictor bracket.
ACTUATOR
Disclosed herein is an actuator. The actuator, in accordance with an aspect of the present disclosure, includes a motor configured to generate torque, a gear device configured to amplify the torque, a belt driving device configured to transfer the torque to the gear device, and a bracket unit configured to fix a distance between a rotation shaft of the motor and a gear shaft of the gear device, wherein the bracket unit includes a pair of support members configured to support a portion of an outer peripheral surface of a belt gear in the bracket driving device and prevent tooth disengagement of the belt gear.
ASSEMBLED BODY
An assembled body includes: a back door of a vehicle, the back door including an internal space; a subwoofer attached to the back door, a front face of the subwoofer being oriented to the outside of the back door, a back face of the subwoofer being oriented to an internal space side of the back door; and an exciter attached to the back door, the exciter generating an output for cancelling vibration of an installation spot due to the subwoofer.
Exterior trim part
In accordance with a first aspect of the invention, the exterior trim part for a vehicle comprises a fibrous porous structural layer. The exterior trim part further comprises at least one at least sectional perforated film layer, which is made of thermoplastic polyurethane with a melting temperature according to DSC of at least 140 C. The film layer is materially connected to the fibrous porous structural layer, at least in sections.
Arrangement for rotational decoupling of engine and transmission
The invention relates to a vehicle powertrain that includes an internal combustion engine, a transmission driving at least two wheels, and an intermediate unit connecting the engine and a transmission housing enclosing the transmission. The intermediate unit is configured to allow relative rotation between the engine and the transmission housing about an axis (X) that is colinear with an engine output shaft and a transmission input shaft. The arrangement prevents engine vibrations from being transmitted to the transmission, and prevents torque shock from the vehicle wheels from being transmitted to the engine.
SOUND-ABSORBING TEXTILE COMPOSITE
In an embodiment, the present invention provides a sound-absorbing textile composite, including: a) at least one open-pore support layer comprising coarse staple fibers having a titer of from 3 dtex to 17 dtex and fine staple fibers having a titer of from 0.3 dtex to 2.9 dtex, as scaffold fibers; and b) a microporous flow layer arranged on the support layer and including microfibers having a fiber diameter of less than 10 m. A flow resistance of the sound-absorbing textile composite is from 250 Ns/m.sup.3 to 5000 Ns/m.sup.3.
Wheel air dam with sound-absorbing material
The present invention relates to a wheel air gap for a motor vehicle of which according to the invention at least one section of the wheel air gap open air comprises a sound-absorbing material.
VEHICLE INCLUDING CABIN DISTURBANCE MITIGATION SYSTEM
An automotive vehicle includes an internal combustion engine that generates exhaust gas and an exhaust system that expels the exhaust gas from the vehicle via at least one of a first exhaust conduit and a second exhaust conduit. A disturbance sensor is installed within a cabin of the vehicle, and is configured to detect a disturbance within the cabin and to output a disturbance signal indicative of the disturbance. An exhaust valve has a plurality of positions and adjusts an amount of the exhaust gas delivered to the first and second exhaust conduits. The automotive vehicle further includes an electronic hardware controller in signal communication with the at least one disturbance sensor and the exhaust valve. The controller adjusts the position of the exhaust valve based on the disturbance signal to reduce the disturbance within the cabin.
COMPOSITE OF MULTILAYER STRUCTURE COMPRISING POLYESTER FOAM AND POLYESTER RESIN LAYER, AND USE THEREOF
The present invention relates to a composite of a multilayer structure comprising a polyester foam and a polyester resin layer, and a use thereof. A polyester composite according to the present invention provides a composite which is capable of improving a working environment, improves durability and strength and has light weight; is easy to reuse; and can be variously utilized for different uses such as a vehicle interior or exterior material or building insulation materials.
Body component for a motor vehicle
A plate-shaped body component for a motor vehicle has a planar core zone, a planar edge zone and a first intermediate zone, which is set off from the core zone and from the edge zone by at least one step each. The core zone and the edge zone are deflected against the first intermediate zone in opposite directions of a surface normal of the first intermediate zones.
