DEVICE, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GROUND LINE HAUL
A device for transporting freight articles in a ground or rail haul operations comprises a hollow housing including four corner sections, side walls, two center sections defining four openings each disposed between one edge of a center section and an edge of a respective corner section, a bottom portion and a top portion, wherein the two center portions are manufactured from see through or clear material. A door is mounted to selectively open and close a respective opening and swinging outwardly and towards a respective corner portion to selectively open the respective opening. Two channels are provided in the bottom portion, each in open communication with opposite sides of the bottom portion. Four feet or wheels are mounted on the bottom portion. Four receptacles are provided in the top portion, each sized and shaped to receive a foot therewithin.
ELECTRIC RAIL VEHICLE
A Rail Drone can include: a payload interface, a drivetrain, and a rail platform 515. The Rail Drone can additionally or alternatively include any other suitable set of components. The Rail Drone can integrate a standardized payload interface and an autonomous electric road vehicle platform into a rolling stock architecture. The Rail Drone can be a stand-alone, payload-agnostic, motive element which can be independently or cooperatively capable of carrying heavy loads across long distances at various cruising speeds.
RAILWAY FACILITY WITH HIGH THROUGHPUT LOOP TRACK
A railway facility with high throughput loop track includes a series of adjacent parallel staging tracks connected to a main line to receive and depart trains, arranged in a path so that trains transverse around the railway facility. A balloon loop track, which includes a loading or unloading facility, is connected to the staging tracks loops and reverses the direction of the train so that upon completion of loading or unloading a train can depart or be re-staged without requiring repositioning or turning of locomotives. Staging tracks are included for staging both arriving and departing trains. In alternative embodiments transload tracks and at-grade access roads allow storage and retrieval of cargo to interior space within the staging tracks, and an escape track allows expedited exit of trains from the balloon loop track.
CONVEYOR CAR SYSTEM
A transport vehicle system includes: a first transport vehicle configured to travel on a lower track in one direction; a second transport vehicle configured to travel on an upper track in one direction; a first transfer section onto which a conveyed object is delivered from the second transport vehicle and from which the conveyed object is received by the first transport vehicle; and a second transfer section onto which the conveyed object is delivered from the first transport vehicle and from which the conveyed object is received by the second transport vehicle.
METHOD TO TRANSPORT GOODS, GOODS-CARRYING RAIL VEHICLE, AND GOODS TERMINAL
The present disclosure relates to an autonomous rail transport system with the aid of a rail network. The rail transport system according to the disclosure comprises at least one autonomous goods-carrying rail vehicle and at least two autonomous goods terminals. The goods-carrying rail vehicle is designed to transport at least one item of goods while the goods terminals are each designed to receive and/or release at least one item of goods. The item of goods is transported autonomously from a first goods terminal to a second goods terminal with the aid of the goods-carrying rail vehicle on the rail network. The rail network of the rail transport system according to the disclosure is a streetcar-line network.
Personalised Elevated Urban Transport
A bidirectional overhead urban transport (TUEP) for a large transportation capacity, which is suspended over a series of poles, without interfering with the traffic of vehicles and pedestrians surface, which is characterized by having a continuum of autonomous cabins circulating about a tubular track suspended by static wires hanging from the poles. The system has overhead stations for passengers, by which access is given to the suspended cabins, moved by autonomous and independent electric motors which rotate a drive pulley rolling on the upper back of a horizontal tubular track raised or inclined according to the topography of the ground. The peculiarity of this transport system is that each of the cabins that are only for two passengers, travels directly to a destination station, where is diverted from the main flow to a station, so it is not necessary to stop the main flow of cabins, which results in the although circulating at low to moderate speed, the time required to travel is reduced.
LOCOMOTIVE WIRELESS MULTI-HEADING REMOTE DISTRIBUTED POWER TRACTION OPERATION CONTROL SYSTEM, AND MULTI-HEADING LOCOMOTIVE
A locomotive wireless multi-heading remote distributed power traction operation control system. A set of differential multi-heading control unit (8) is added to a train control and management system of an original locomotive, and is combined and fused with a train control and management system (21), a brake control unit (24), a train safety monitoring device (20), a locomotive logic control unit (23), and a locomotive third-party device (25) to implement wireless multi-heading distributed power traction control operation of locomotives in a heavy haul combined train, and adapt to train multi-heading traction control operation of differential locomotives of a heavy haul combined train or multi-heading operation of different railway locomotives. Also provided is a multi-heading locomotive.

METHODS OF STORING AND MOVING PROPPANT AT LOCATION ADJACENT RAIL LINE
A method of delivering proppant to a well site has the steps of transporting a load of proppant in a vessel to a desired location, moving the load of proppant from the vessel into a container so as to create a proppant-loaded container, unloading the proppant-loaded container into a pneumatic bulk trailer, and transporting the unloaded proppant in the pneumatic bulk trailer to well site. The container is placed onto a bed of a truck and moved in proximity to the vessel. The proppant-loaded container is placed onto a tilting mechanism and then tilted so that the proppant is discharged through a flow gate of a container into a hopper. The proppant in the hopper can then be conveyed to the pneumatic bulk trailer.
