Method and system for drive for setback platform system
Systems and methods for a shuttle platform that is configured to allow a path for one or more passengers to load or unload from a light rail transit vehicle that runs on a shared track. The shuttle platform can move in a linear plane and may be operationally engaged with a drive system comprising, a drive component and a combination position lock and drive mechanism disconnect. The drive component may comprise a transfer component. The combination position lock and drive mechanism disconnect may comprise: a drive disengage latch; a secondary lock latch selectably alternatively engagable between strikers; a manual drive receiver simultaneously operationally engagable with both the drive disengage latch and the secondary lock latch, and comprising a manual drive work output operationally engagable with the manual drive work input; and an automatic release.

AIRDOCK ASSEMBLY
An airdock for connecting a transportation vehicle to a loading area in a high-speed, low-pressure transportation system. The airdock includes a pathway for off-loading and loading of passengers and/or cargo to the transportation vehicle. The airdock is operable to maintain the transportation vehicle in a low-pressure environment of the transportation system while providing the pathway through the low-pressure environment.

System for guiding and supporting a leaf of a platform-access door
A system for guiding and supporting a leaf of a platform-access door capable of moving relative to a fixed panel in a horizontal translational movement in a plane of the leaf between open and closed positions, includes a rail extending in a direction of the horizontal translational movement, a first set of rollers collaborating with the rail with and being made up of: a main roller in contact with a lower bearing surface of the rail; first and second secondary rollers which are vertically offset from one another and are respectively in contact with the lower bearing surface and with an upper bearing surface of the rail and are spaced from the main roller.

METHOD FOR DIRECTING PASSENGERS OF PUBLIC MEANS OF TRANSPORT
Disclosed is a method for guiding passengers of public transport, in particular of trams or trains respectively, at stations or in station areas and/or inside the transportation unit. The passengers embark and disembark in the embark-/disembark area via at least two doors, and the embark-/disembark area extends to the length of the vehicle. The method includes: generating a prediction of the occupancy level of the vehicle with regard to the resulting situation in the vehicle after disembarking at each stop; distributing of the passengers which are moving to the entry area and/or waiting in the entry area ready for embarking corresponding to the prediction to the area of the doors for an approximately uniform distribution of the passengers inside the vehicle; and if applicable, distribution of the passengers inside the vehicle under consideration of the predicted, preferably section-wise occupancy level and of the passengers actually ready for embarking.

Movable barrier for walkway
Embodiments of the present disclosure are directed to an attraction system that includes a walkway, a carrier disposed at a first side of the walkway, and a barrier disposed at a second side of the walkway opposite the first side. The carrier is configured to translate relative to the walkway, and the barrier is removably coupled to the carrier. Translation of the carrier relative to the walkway transitions the barrier between a stowed configuration and a deployed configuration.
