CONVEYANCE DEVICE
At least one of a front trolley and a rear trolley, which are load trolleys, has a trolley frame, and a front sub-trolley and a rear sub-trolley which are positioned at a front and a rear of the trolley frame below the trolley frame. Each of the front sub-trolley and the rear sub-trolley has a sub-trolley body, a left bracket, a right bracket, and vertical rollers. The sub-trolley body is attached to the trolley frame so as to be rotatable about a first vertical shaft. The left bracket and the right bracket individually swing relative to the sub-trolley body around the first left-right shaft. The vertical rollers roll on a rail while being respectively supported by a second left-right shaft and a third left-right shaft of the left bracket and the right bracket.
Systems and methods for transporting containers
Among other things, a connection assembly for motion along a rail is disclosed. The connection assembly can include a first plate assembly, a second plate assembly, and a release assembly. The first plate assembly can include a first stop mounted to a first base. The second plate assembly can include a second stop mounted to a second base and a post mounted to the second base. The release assembly can include a rod and a spring. The rod can include an outward extension. The spring can be disposed between the extension and the second stop. The release assembly can be configured to occupy: a first state such that the spring pushes the extension against the first stop and thereby biases the first base away from the second base; and a second state such that the spring pushes the extension against the post.

Hybrid cable/rail transportation system
A hybrid cable/rail transportation system comprising: at least one portion of the system configured as a cable transportation system comprising at least one supporting cable; at least one portion of the system configured as a rail transportation system comprising at least one rail, wherein the system portion configured as a cable transportation system is upstream and/or downstream of the system portion configured as a rail transportation system; a plurality of transportation units wherein each transportation unit comprises a cabin; a first trolley coupled to the supporting cable; a second trolley coupled to the rail; wherein each cabin comprising a roof provided with a connection device configured to couple with the first trolley along the system portion configured as a cable transportation system and with the second trolley along the system portion configured as a rail transportation system.
Cableway having car stabilization
A cableway in the case of which the safety and comfort for persons during the loading and unloading of the cableway vehicles can be improved as simply and economically as possible. This aim is achieved, according to the teaching, in that at least one vehicle-fixed contact rail which extends in the direction of movement of the cableway vehicle is arranged on the conveying body, and in that at least one guiding portion having at least one stationary first guiding device which extends in the direction of movement of the cableway vehicle is provided in at least one cableway station, the first guiding device cooperating with the contact rail of the cableway vehicle, at least during the movement of the cableway vehicle through the guiding portion, in order to generate a guiding force, the guiding force shifting the conveying body relative to the suspension from a rest position, in which the cableway vehicle can be moved outside of the guiding portion, into a guidance position, in which the cableway vehicle can be moved through the guiding portion.
Actuator apparatus with precision bearings and light sensor
An actuator apparatus includes an actuator rod with an interior cavity and a set of rod holes. Each rod hole extends through the actuator rod to the cavity. The set of rod holes is positioned in a straight line. The apparatus includes a light assembly that is positioned to light the cavity. The apparatus includes an actuator block that includes an opening extending through the actuator block sized to conform to an outer surface of the actuator rod and a set of block holes in the opening. Spacing between the block holes matches spacing between the rod holes. The actuator block includes a light sensor positioned in a block hole to sense light coming through a rod hole aligned with the block hole and a ball bearing for each block hole of the set of block holes without a light sensor and extending partially through the corresponding block hole.
Ropeway transport system
A ropeway or cable system is disclosed having at least two cable loops (1,20) that form a track, a first loop extending directly between two end station embarking or disembarking stations of the track, and a second loop extending between the two end stations via intermediate embarking or disembarking stations) or turning towers on the track. A vehicle (2) is carried from a loop, the vehicle (2) having a cable gripping mechanism (37, 38, 43, 44), the cable gripping mechanism being capable of switching attachment of the vehicle between two or more cable loops (1,20), so as to change the loop that carries the vehicle (2).
