Method for Detecting Wear of a Cable Roller of a Cableway Installation
For reliable detection of the wear on a cable sheave of a cable car system, the distance between a cable sensor and a hoisting cable is measured when the cable car system is at a standstill and the wear on the at least one cable sheave is deduced from the distance measured at a standstill.

CORNERING STRUCTURE AND CABLEWAY INSTALLATION COMPRISING THIS STRUCTURE
An overhead structure, for a cableway installation of the type having at least one hauling cable, includes an entrance and an exit which are coupled respectively to an upstream portion and to a downstream portion, each generally rectilinear, of a pathway of the cableway installation. The structure also includes an intermediate portion that is curved, at least in projection in a horizontal plane of the pathway, between the entrance and the exit. The structure further includes active vehicle guidance, at least laterally, over a first portion of the curved intermediate portion, the first portion extending generally along a portion that is radioidal or pseudo-radioidal at least in projection in the horizontal plane, or a mean plane which contains the entrance and the exit, and active guidance of the hauling cable between the entrance and the exit, capable of deflecting the cable at least laterally.
CABLE GUIDING DEVICE FOR URBAN OR PERI-URBAN AERIAL CABLEWAY SYSTEM
A cable guiding device for an aerial cableway system comprising at least one elongate cable support (23). The device further comprises a single pair of similar connections (39), by means of which the cable support is securely mounted on an aerial support structure. The connections (39) are arranged at a distance from one another in a longitudinal direction of the cable support (23). Each connection (39) comprises at least one corresponding damping block (59) which is inserted between the cable support (23) and the support structure (7). Each connection (39) of the pair is designed as a pseudo-embedded type connection capable of transmitting forces in the manner of a ball joint, with the effect of the damping block or blocks (59).
