Conveyor system with automated carriers
A conveyor system comprising a fixed, non-powered rail defining a conveyor path and an automated conveyor carrier (ACC) supported on the rail to be movable along the conveyor path. The ACC includes an on-board motor and an on-board electrical power source selectively powering the on-board motor to drive the ACC along the rail. The ACC may include a wireless sleep mode module operable to selectively shut off power to an on-board ACC controller.
Dual Rail Track System for Industrial Control
The present invention provides a dual rail track system for independently moveable carts in an industrial control environment in which upper and lower rails of a track are substantially L shaped to allow upper and lower groups of rollers of a cart to orthogonally contact the upper and lower rails, respectively, to provide vertical and horizontal control of the cart while in motion along the track. The shape of the rails and arrangement of the rollers, orthogonal with respect to the rails in vertical and horizontal planes, provides an efficient support system allowing high speed. movement of carts, including through turns, with only two rails and with symmetric weight distribution of the cart. Flexible members provided with respect to each roller also provide resiliency to allow the rollers to adapt to variations in the track.

Climb structure for a robot
A composite climb structure includes a climber, a horizontal planar structure, and a ramp coupled on to a base plate. The horizontal planar structure and the ramp are collinearly situated on opposite sides of the climber. The climber is pressed by a robotic vehicle moving on to it from the horizontal planar structure, the climber being pressed to a final position, wherein the angle of elevation (BOC) of the climber is same as the angle of elevation of the ramp, thereby facilitating traversal of the robotic vehicle from the horizontal planar structure on to the ramp.

Transport device for transport of loads suspended on tracks raised with respect to the ground
A device for transporting loads suspended on raised tracks over a ground surface includes a container of materials to be transported, a structure supporting the container, and a movement mechanism for moving along the tracks, having a first motorised wheel and a second motorised wheel, independent of one another and activatable about axes of rotation coaxial with and perpendicular to the two longitudinal sides of the supporting structure. The transport device has a stabilizer with at least a first idle rolling element and at least a second idle rolling element coupled to the supporting structure so as to be arranged on opposite sides with respect to the coaxial axes of rotation of the first motorised wheel and the second motorised wheel, so as to be pivoting about axes parallel to the two longitudinal sides of the supporting structure and the tracks.
