Modular system for transporting wind turbine blades
A modular system for transporting wind turbine blades in at least two different spatial arrangements comprising two or more root end transport frames having a height H for supporting the root end, wherein H<D (D=bolt circle diameter), and two or more first tip end transport frames having a height H1 for supporting the blade towards the tip end, each first tip end transport frame has a base frame and a support bracket provided on top of the base frame, wherein each first tip end transport frame is stackable on top of a root end transport frame and vice versa, so the system is operable to stack successive blades in an alternating root end to tip end arrangement. The first tip end transport frame is replaceable with a second end transport frame that increase the inter-blade spacing, or with a tip end or a root end distance piece.
RAILWAY WAGON FOR MOVING SLEEPERS
A railway wagon (1) for moving sleepers (T) including: a base structure (2) having a platform (3) and at least one carriage (4), a first conveyor (5) carried by the platform (3) and configured to move the sleepers (T) along a feed direction (A), a second conveyor (6) distinct from the first conveyor (5) and also carried by the platform. The second conveyor has: a first portion (6a) extended above the platform (3) within a lateral size of the latter, and a second portion (6b) extending outside lateral size of the platform (3) and configured to move the sleepers outside said platform (3).

Long Rail Transport Train
A railcar consist of flatcars for transporting continuous rail sections configured for top loading and end unloading of the rail sections. The consist includes a tie-down flatcar and plural support flatcars. The tie-down flatcar includes a rail securement rack with plural removable rail clamping shelves that facilitate top loading and clamping of the rail sections in place. Each of the plural support flatcars have a roller rack fixed to it. The roller racks include plural roller shelves with rollers to support the rail sections. The roller shelves are pivotally mounted to the roller racks between a loading position that provides clearance for placement of the rail sections from above the consist, and a transport position that supports the rail sections.

SYSTEM FOR SECURING RAILWAY APPARATUS EQUIPPED WITH A SECURING MECHANISM, AND ASSOCIATED TRANSPORT METHOD AND VEHICLE
A system for securing a railway apparatus includes a support platform and a mechanism for securing the railway apparatus to the support platform, capable of switching from an unlocked state to a locked state. The securing mechanism has a guide rail, a trolley guided by the guide rail along a path which, when the support platform is in the loading position, is parallel to a reference plane, a device for immobilizing the trolley relative to the guide rail, an attachment member for attaching the railway apparatus secured to the trolley; and locking members for locking the guide rail relative to the support platform, which switch from an unlocked position to a locked position when the securing mechanism switches from the unlocked state to the locked state in the loading position of the platform, by urging the guide rail downwards relative to the support platform.
RAILCAR FOR TRANSPORT OF STEEL COILS WITH REMOVABLE BI-LEVEL ROOF
A railcar for transporting one or more steel coils. In various embodiments, the railcar includes a front truck assembly, a rear truck assembly, a center sill assembly including a center sill operably supported by the front and rear truck assemblies, and first and second side walls supported by and substantially coupled to the center sill assembly such that the first and second side walls are spaced-apart from and substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the center sill.

Load securing assembly
A load securing assembly for securing cargo in a trailer includes a trailer that has an outer wall. A plurality of channels is provided, each of the channels is coupled to the outer wall of the trailer and each of the channels is positioned within the trailer. A plurality of locking units is provided and each of the locking units is slidably positioned in a respective one of the channels. Each of the locking units releasably engages the respective channel to retain each of the locking units at a selected point along the respective channel. Each of the locking units is positioned to abut the cargo in the trailer thereby inhibiting the cargo from moving in the trailer. Additionally, each of the locking units is positionable in a home position for storage.
