EXTERNAL SLIDING THRESHOLD ASSEMBLY FOR VEHICLE DOORS
A threshold assembly for a vehicle door includes an external sliding threshold configured to be coupled with an exterior surface of a vehicle having a doorway. The external sliding threshold is configured to extend over the doorway to provide a threshold surface on which one or more passengers enter the vehicle via the doorway or exit the vehicle via the doorway. The external sliding threshold laterally projects from the exterior surface of the vehicle to reduce or eliminate a spatial gap between the vehicle and a platform from which the one or more passengers enter the vehicle or onto which the one or more passengers exit the vehicle.
Rail vehicle
The present disclosure discloses a rail vehicle. The vehicle includes: bogies, where the bogie has a straddle recess suitable for straddling a rail, and the bogie is provided with a first dodge groove and a second dodge groove used to respectively dodge two side walls of the rail; and a vehicle body, where the vehicle body is connected to the bogie and pulled by the bogie to travel along the rail, and the vehicle body includes a plurality of compartments hinged sequentially along a length direction of the rail; and in the length direction of the rail, a surface that is of a compartment at at least one end of the vehicle body and that faces away from an adjacent compartment is provided with an escape door that can be opened and closed. The rail vehicle according to this embodiment of the present disclosure facilitates optimization of the structure of an escape passage, reduction in costs, reduction in occupied space and the weight borne by the rail, and improvement in stability, and can form complete and firm protection with the rail to improve safety during running.

Releasable seal assembly for emergency access and egress
A releasable seal assembly is provided that may include a first extension profile and a second extension profile extending from a core. The first extension profile may include a first exit panel side wing resiliently hinged to the core, and a first host panel side wing extending from the core. The first exit panel side wing and the first host panel side wing may define a first key cavity, and the first exit panel side wing has a first arcuate surface that may define a first retention tongue recess of the first key cavity. Additionally, the first host panel side wing has a second arcuate surface that defines a second retention tongue recess of the first key cavity. The first exit panel side wing may include a first exit panel side wing tongue configured to be received within the second retention tongue recess.
Multi-rail express transit system
A multi-rail express transit system for allowing the passengers to travel at desired speed/distance, is disclosed. The system comprises a centralized control system, at least three closed loop parallel rails, and at least three sequence of transit cars. Each sequence of transit car is supported by the respective rail. The transit cars are configured to move in same direction at different speeds. The control system is configured to synchronize the speed of transit cars at desired point to allow transference of passengers. A bellow assembly is disposed around an exterior side of a door of each transit car. The bellow assembly is configured to form an airtight passageway between at least two transit cars. Each transit car comprises a movable floor. The movable floor of one transit car is extendable to a floor of an adjacent transit car to facilitate passenger transference on forming the airtight seal.
Rail transport system
The present disclosure discloses a rail vehicle. The rail vehicle includes: a plurality of bogies, where the bogie has a straddle recess suitable for straddling a rail; and a vehicle body, where the vehicle body is connected to the plurality of bogies and pulled by the plurality of bogies to travel along the rail, and the vehicle body includes a plurality of compartments hinged sequentially along a length direction of the rail; at least one bogie is disposed on one of the bottom of each of the compartments and a hinging position of neighboring compartments; and in the length direction of the rail, a surface that is of a compartment at at least one end of the vehicle body and that faces away from an adjacent compartment is provided with an escape door that can be opened and closed. The rail vehicle according to this embodiment of the present disclosure facilitates optimization of the structure of an escape passage, reduction in costs, reduction in occupied space and the weight borne by the rail, and improvement in stability, and is high in stability of supporting the vehicle body and large in passenger capacity.
