Rail transport system
The present disclosure discloses a rail vehicle. The rail vehicle includes: a plurality of bogies, where the bogie has a straddle recess suitable for straddling a rail; and a vehicle body, where the vehicle body is connected to the plurality of bogies and pulled by the plurality of bogies to travel along the rail, and the vehicle body includes a plurality of compartments hinged sequentially along a length direction of the rail; at least one bogie is disposed on one of the bottom of each of the compartments and a hinging position of neighboring compartments; and in the length direction of the rail, a surface that is of a compartment at at least one end of the vehicle body and that faces away from an adjacent compartment is provided with an escape door that can be opened and closed. The rail vehicle according to this embodiment of the present disclosure facilitates optimization of the structure of an escape passage, reduction in costs, reduction in occupied space and the weight borne by the rail, and improvement in stability, and is high in stability of supporting the vehicle body and large in passenger capacity.
RAIL WHEEL SET AND CAR
A rail wheel set for a car which can be moved on a rail of a rail system has a bearing housing with a radial suspension for connecting the rail wheel set to the car, and two running wheels which are rotatably mounted on the bearing housing. Each wheel has a respective rail rolling surface, the shape of which is adapted to the contour of a running surface of the rail, and a respective ground rolling surface. The wheels can roll independently of each other on the running surface of the rail or on the ground. The rail wheel set is secured to a chassis of a car for transporting objects on a rail system.

TRANSAXLE OF RAIL VEHICLE, RAIL VEHICLE, AND RAIL TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
A transaxle of a rail vehicle includes: a power assembly; an axle body; a running wheel; a guiding frame; a horizontal wheel; and a connecting rod component, including a first transverse pull rod and a second transverse pull rod, where when the rail vehicle turns left, the horizontal wheel cooperates with a rail beam to drive the guiding frame to swing and drive the first transverse pull rod to move together, and the second transverse pull rod is driven by the first transverse pull rod to drive the running wheel to swing to the left, and when the rail vehicle turns right, the horizontal wheel cooperates with the rail beam to drive the guiding frame to swing and drive the first transverse pull rod to move together, and the second transverse pull rod is driven by the first transverse pull rod to drive the running wheel to swing to the right.
BOGIE AND RAIL VEHICLE
A bogie and a rail vehicle, wherein the bogie includes: a framework, a wheel pair connected to the framework, a braking hanger fixed to the framework, a hanger slider used for fixedly connecting to a vehicle wheel braking clamp, and a transmission member; the hanger slider is connected to the braking hanger, and the transmission member is connected to the hanger slider; a first end of the transmission member extends to a side surface of a vehicle wheel in the wheel pair, and the transmission member is used to drive the hanger slider to move along the lateral direction with respect to the braking hanger when the first end is subjected to a thrust applied in the lateral direction by the vehicle wheel, so that the vehicle wheel braking clamp moves to a position corresponding to the vehicle wheel.

Railcar truck bolster
A rail car truck bolster wear plate surface connects to a wear plate using two fasteners of different length. The first fastener passes through an upper opening and an upper channel into a first recess where it can be tightened against a first engaging surface. The second fastener is longer than the first fastener and passes through a lower opening and lower channel into a second recess adjacent to the first recess. The surfaces of the first and second recesses form a series of ribs in the upper end surface between the wear plate surface and the longitudinal centerline of the bolster.
Truck trailer with retractable wheels for use with a railroad track
A truck trailer system including a connector vehicle with retractable wheels that are designed to engage with a railroad track is provided. The connector vehicle includes main wheels and at least one pair of secondary wheels, and an actuator assembly operably connected to the pair of secondary wheels. The actuator assembly is designed to actuate in a first direction to extend the pair of secondary wheels to engage with the railroad track, and in a second direction to retract the pair of secondary wheels to disengage with the railroad track. The truck trailer system may include a reinforcement assembly comprising at least one cable provided within a conduit, for connecting multiple units to be pulled at the same time via truck or locomotive. In embodiments, the reinforcement assembly may enable hauling of at least 10, or up to about 50 units via a single locomotive.

RAILWAY CAR TRUCK SYSTEM
A steering mechanism for a rail vehicle includes two steering arms, each including a pair of support arms that have a joining component with a recess. The two steering arms are articulated in a manner that maintains a minimum separation between the steering arms so that the arms can rotate relative to one another. The minimum separation is maintained by an insert that installs into the joining component recesses components of each of the steering arms. The insert has two sides, each side having a flexible material and forming a shape that mates with the recess. The insert provides resistance to the rotation between the first and second steering arms, and the resistance depends on the stiffness of the flexible material of the insert.
