Multiple tent cover unload control system
A combine unload control system having a grain tank for storing grain and at least one auger for unloading grain from the grain tank. The control system also includes a first auger cover proximate to the at least one auger, having one or more first auger cutouts disposed on a portion of the first auger cover and a second auger cover proximate to the at least one auger and having one or more second auger cutouts disposed on a portion of the second auger cover. The control system further includes a controller configured to control amounts of grain to pass through the one or more first auger cutouts and the one or more second auger cutouts and flow to the at least one auger by causing the first auger cover and the second auger cover to move relative to each other.

Agricultural harvester storage tank cover
An agricultural harvester including a storage tank that includes a tank body and a tank cover assembly. The tank cover assembly has a travel state and an operational state. The tank cover includes a fabric wall element which is moveably connected to the tank body. In the operational state, the fabric wall element provides an upward extension of at least a part of the circumferential wall. In the travel state, the fabric wall element covers at least a part of the open top of the tank body. The fabric wall element includes a rigid area. The cover actuator assembly includes at least one cover actuator that is adapted to bring the tank cover assembly from the travel state into the operational state and vice versa, and to engage the fabric wall element at the rigid area.
Agricultural harvester storage tank cover
An agricultural harvester including a storage tank that includes a tank body and a tank cover assembly. The tank cover assembly has a travel state and an operational state. The tank cover includes a fabric wall element which is moveably connected to the tank body. In the operational state, the fabric wall element provides an upward extension of at least a part of the circumferential wall. In the travel state, the fabric wall element covers at least a part of the open top of the tank body. The fabric wall element includes a rigid area. The cover actuator assembly includes at least one cover actuator that is adapted to bring the tank cover assembly from the travel state into the operational state and vice versa, and to engage the fabric wall element at the rigid area.
Combine Harvester Improvement
A grain mass flow sensor assembly of an agricultural harvester has a continuously curved sensor plate positioned to receive a grain flow from an exit of the grain elevator. The continuously curved sensor plate is configured to change the direction of the grain flow in order to generate a reaction force for measuring the grain mass flow rate of the grain flow. The continuously curved sensor plate is attached to a sensor plate to load cell mounting bracket. The sensor plate to load cell mounting bracket is attached to a single point load cell torque or moment compensated force transducer at a single mounting point. The single point load cell torque or moment compensated force transducer produces a mass flow sensor signal that is proportionate to the grain mass flow rate.
Grain Bin Filling System for a Combine Harvester
An auger for filling the grain bin of combine harvester has a reduced pitch of the auger at an upper section. This reduced pitch changes the angle at which grain is released from the auger, and thereby reduces the amount of grain that is undesirably ejected from the grain bin during filling of the grain bin.
RESIDUE HANDLING SYSTEM FOR AN AGRICULTURAL HARVESTER
An agricultural harvester includes a chassis and a residue handling system carried by the chassis. The residue handling system includes a set of rotating knives disposed in a housing, a first set of counter-knives, and a residue pivoting platform and/or a second set of counter-knives. Crop residue travels through the system in a residue flow direction. The first set of counter-knives are configured to enter the housing proximate to the set of rotating knives. The residue pivoting platform is positioned proximate to the first set of counter-knives in an upstream direction relative to the crop residue flow direction. The second set of counter-knives are configured to enter the housing proximate to the set of rotating knives. The second set of counter-knives are in a downstream direction relative to the crop residue flow from at least one of the residue pivoting platform and the first set of counter-knives.
