Cn, i.e. the difference between the centre coordinates C, is lower than a prescribed threshold value, and red frame rendering of video is indicated on a monitor.

According to the alarming and unlocking device, the problem that a structure for an alarming and unlocking device on a vehicle is relatively complex in the conventional art is solved.
