AUTOMATED SYSTEM AND METHOD OF MONITORING ANATOMICAL STRUCTURES

Embodiments include a patch-type, ultrasound sensor system and method to monitor the function and motion of a patients anatomical structure, comprising processing at least one received ultrasound image using one or more analytical tools, including radon transformation, higher-order spectra techniques, and/or active contour models, to generate at least one processed ultrasound image; inputting the at least one processed ultrasound image into a deep learning Convolutional Neural Network to obtain an automatic classification result selected from two or more classes indicating the functional state of the anatomical structure. The patch-type, ultrasound sensor system can communicate via a wireless or wired connection. The monitoring can be at rest or during surgery or other procedure or whilst the subject is exposed to any physiological stressors as part of medical examinations, and can be adapted for use in monitoring the function of body structures including the heart, blood vessels, lungs or joints.

PROBE FOR SENSING CIRCULATORY HEALTH
20220369941 · 2022-11-24 ·

A probe with a blood circulation sensor and a force or pressure sensor is placed against a patient. One part of the probe applies a force to another part of the probe which is pressed against the patient at one or more locations. The variation of a measure of blood circulation is recorded as a function of the applied pressure, thereby giving the operator a specific knowledge of the Tissue Perfusion Pressure (TPP), a measure of circulatory health, at each location.

BLOOD FLOW OCCLUSION DEVICES AND METHODS THEREOF

A blood flow occlusion system includes an inflator and a pressure regulator coupled to a pressure cuff and a computing device coupled to the inflator and the regulator. The computing device comprises a memory coupled to the processor which is configured to be capable of executing programmed instructions stored in the memory to: determine brachial occlusion data based on calculating the brachial occlusion data with an occlusion regression equation using one or more input diagnostic parameters associated with a client; generate treatment parameters of a treatment program to treat the condition of the client based on the optimized brachial occlusion data and an obtained stage of the condition; generate programmed instructions of control commands to manage operation of the pressure cuff, inflator, and pressure regulator based on the treatment parameters; and initiate execution of the programmed instructions for the treatment program for treating the condition of the client when engaged.

SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MANAGING A PATIENT
20220370041 · 2022-11-24 · ·

Implementations described and claimed herein provide systems and methods for managing one or more patients. In one implementation, an imaging window is determined based on a location of a probe. A primary image cross-section for the imaging window is identified for the imaging window. At least one image is generated along the primary image cross-section using patient data captured using the probe. The at least one image is compared to an expected image contour scaffold of the primary image cross-section. The probe is commanded to fine-tune an imaging plane based on the comparison until the at least one image matches the expected image contour scaffold of the primary image cross-section.
