The fastening member has a flange cap portion adapted for securing to a luggage container, and a shaft portion formed with a first locking part. The latch bolt is mounted to the bottom seat and is slidingly engaged with the actuating member. The actuating member is movable to move the latch bolt from a locking position, where the latch bolt engages the first locking part of the fastening member, to an unlocked position, where the latch bolt is disengaged from the first locking part to permit removal of the fastening member.
