An apparatus for the transportation and dispensing of spooled wire or cable, the apparatus including a handle structure wherein the handle structure has a first end and a second end, a first support structure attached to the first end of the handle structure, a second support structure attached to the second end of the handle structure, a first spool center insert attached to the first support structure, a second spool center insert attached to the second support structure, a first leg moveably attached to the first support structure, a second leg moveably attached to the second support structure, and wherein a spool of spooled wire or cable is attached to the first and second spool center inserts during transportation and dispensing of the spooled wire or cable.

A method for assembling and installing a wire bundle assembly group (WBAG) is disclosed. The method includes placing a first grouping of components of a first WBAG on a first assembly panel of a fabrication table. The method also includes assembling the first WBAG from the first grouping of components and attaching the first WBAG to the first assembly panel. The method also includes actuating a pivot of an assembly frame supporting the first assembly panel to rotate the first assembly panel about a longitudinal axis. The method further includes placing a WBAG receiving panel of a transport tool adjacent the first WBAG and the first assembly panel. The method also includes releasing the first WBAG from the first assembly panel and dropping the WBAG onto the WBAG receiving panel. Finally, the method includes attaching the first WBAG to the WBAG receiving panel.

Disclosed herein are a mobile dispensing device and station for dispensing a sanitizing agent. In one aspect, a mobile dispending station can include a container base configured to releasably secure a container, the container base comprising a base housing and a securing mechanism for releasably securing the container in the housing; and a dispenser column comprising: a dispenser system including a dispenser head and switch or pedal, the dispenser system in fluid communication with the container and configured to selectively dispense a predetermined volume of the sanitizing agent from within the container and through the dispenser head, the switch or pedal configured to selectively dispense the sanitizing agent upon activation or actuation, and a column housing for containing the dispenser system.
