The second pair of fasteners are configured to removably secure to a vertical member of a folding utility cart frame. When the frame is altered from the intermediate configuration to the collapsed configuration, the extension member moves from the lowered position to the raised position with the slider at or adjacent to the proximal end of the fixed member.
